We went inside to order. The register was closed, so the kiosk was the only option, however, we wanted to pay cash. When Collette, an employee, came to deliver an order, we flagged down. She took the time to show us where to find the item we wanted and the option to pay cash. The six piece chicken tasted very good but, Collette's willingness to help and her sweet demeanor was what made the trip worth it.

Five stars for exceptional service and delicious food! I preordered crispy chicken and biscuits for my son’s birthday party, and the whole process was smooth. Since the order was over $350, I had to go in person to place it. The restaurant was spotless and well-organized. While they primarily use self-service kiosks for ordering, I spoke to an employee about my party order, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. While the quality itself is average, the food is cooked to a desirable crisp and it's not too dry. There are several pretty good deals like the $4.99 for one and the $10 bucket of chicken (8-piece).
