Extremely loud inside, you cannot have a conversation or even talk to the waiter or bartender. I’m not sure it’s the place for a live band considering how small it is. You have to pay for a 5oz if you want to try any beers. Food was a little pricey, and the meat was pretty good but salty. And… the beers to go are $11, however I get them from my local craft store for $6.99??!! This really threw me off. Aren’t they supposed to be cheaper directly from the brewery?
One of my favorite breweries in southern California moves to a bigger better location with Southern BBQ . Live music to boot and tasty food and beers. These guy make some of the best frose style fruited beers in the game, high quality imperial stouts and really nice Hazy & WCIPA's . The lighter Mexican lagers and pilsener are really good. The food is by crazy gringo bbq and it is world class. Not to be missed in beautiful old town Upland.
Overall it was a very good experience and I will be going back. The brisket was great, cooked well salt and pepper only as it should be. The pork ribs were OK, a little dry and a little bland in the rub. Also they use oak to smoke the pork which is not bad if you like smokey flavor which I do. The pulled pork was good, very tender again I wish it had some more rub maybe even mix some in as you're pulling it. The jalapeños cheddar sausages were great not spicy but flavorful,...
