Klatch Coffee Rancho Cucamonga

If you ever do a pick up order, please check for all items. They pretend to forget things. When you ordered 3 items and they miss 2 items feels deliberate. Last time they forgot 1 out of 6 items which seemed believable.
So both times I ordered from this sucked.

Coffee tastes like heavy cream and sugar.

Hands down the best coffee in California! Always the nicest and freshest coffee, with pour over everyday! My wife ordered and egg and cheese sandwich which was good but the turkey bacon wasn’t so good.

I've been coming to Klatch coffee now for 20 years. I've never been disappointed by the quality of the coffee or the quality of the beans that they sell. The staff is always been friendly and professional and they have a wealth of knowledge to recommend to you what product is best suited for your needs.

My jalapeño popper cheddar sandwich was so delicious and piping hot which I enjoy. Their coffee is amazing and extremely tasty because it tastes like freshly ground coffee! Very good customer service; every single employee has a smile on their face and is genuinely friendly and nice every single time I come in. The atmosphere, music and vibes are immaculate. I’ll forever be a loyal customer. :)

I ordered a "warmed up" lemon poppy loaf. They put it in a bag and then microwaved it in the bag instead of the toasting the loaf in the oven which was less than a foot away. It tasted like stale, scorching, paper.... It tasted soo bad. I really wish I could get my money back because I couldn't eat any of it. The drink was off too. The presentation of the food and place is great but the taste is terrible.

Quality of drinks took a dive, used to have a nice local roaster vibe with traditional options but the business switched gears to appeal to a more Starbucks demographic

My mocha was lovely, the rich chocolate clung to the cup and my drink had the perfect amount of coffee. Beinging a previous food service manager my self of over 15 years the manager "Gabby" immpressed me. Gaby is a great example of multi-tasker, respectfulness towards other coworker and great communicator. Keep up the good work!
