This location is conveniently right next to a 99 Ranch Market, which is a definite go to for Asian food, snacks, and groceries! I like their selection of drinks and although the price is decently ranged, my favorite are the creamio's. (Specifically Mango Creamio!)? They have a large selection of boba's and this location is a bit small, but it's cute! Staff are super nice and restroom is always clean. Hope to see more individuals try this place out! Update: Not sure why the location is towards Base Line Road, but it's actually closer to the market than it is indicated on the map!
Parking: There are 2 plazas located in this area. Parking directly in front of the shop has been fairly easy for me though I have not seen any, wheelchair access from the curb to the shop.
