This location is conveniently right next to a 99 Ranch Market, which is a definite go to for Asian food, snacks, and groceries! I like their selection of drinks and although the price is decently ranged, my favorite are the creamio's. (Specifically Mango Creamio!)? They have a large selection of boba's and this location is a bit small, but it's cute! Staff are super nice and restroom is always clean. Hope to see more individuals try this place out! Update: Not sure...

Thai tea and strawberry Yakult drinks are delicious!Glad to see this smaller place be filled with tasty boba.The staff were super nice and the atmosphere is cool. I’ll definitely be back.
