Krak Boba

We love Krak Boba but….
Bad service today! I ordered online at 2:11, and when I arrived, they said it was being prepared. I went out and came back to get it, but it still wasn't ready. As I watched the lady prepare the orders, she was preparing everything before sealing them. Since my child had to go to class at 2:30, I had to leave at 2:23, and it still wasn't ready. The point is, if you order online, it's supposed to be ready when you arrive or wait, but not from 2:11 to 2:23. It's acceptable, however, if you will finish all the orders before sealing the cups. What do you think? If the staff finishes all the orders at once, what's the use of ordering online? I should have just gone to the line in person and ordered it. I respect that this may be the procedure, but ordering online isn't serving its purpose. I'm not blaming anyone, or that it's not your fault that my child had a class or was late, but I always do this: when I arrive, I get my order in seconds, as in that quick! But today, this was my first time to see or experience this!

Again, I respect your procedure and I might be the wrong here but kindly review the online ordering. And, how to deal with online and in-person ordering.

I ordered the The Queen and its a smoothie and it was warm the hot boba they put in it melted the drink, it was not good nor close to being a smoothie ive have this drink before and is why I came again , I asked why is the drink melted and the boba so warm ( i knew why) the lady said because we just made the boba and its hot . I was dumbfounded because okay so why are you making drinks smoothies etc with hot boba for ? She seemed irritated and said ,ill make u another. Ok so no lie the bottom of that drink was hotter then the 1st . So then I became irritated and walked out and ended up tossing it , I spent 15 dollars on 2 smoothies that went in the trash when I should of just asked for my money back before I tossed it . I thought about it before I made this post because I really dont enjoy making these kinds of ratings especially when its not my 1st time but it was the whole experience this time that was bothersome and didnt need to happen instead they should of made it be k own that the boba is hot at the moment so that a melted drink isnt created

No boba (tapioca balls) after 9 pm?! Normally this location is great. I wanted to grab a drink tonight and they’re out of boba. How can a boba shop run out of boba? Doesn’t even show in the app as an option. I thought I was losing my mind. Went to an old order to reorder and sure enough, “no boba” warning showed up.

The prices are ridiculous!! Lol like seriously it's not a mixed drink...you can go to In N Out burger and about the same haha over rated drinks give me a break save your money and get a big glup slurpy cheaper and much better

Strange place. Walked in to order a drink & 4 employees stared at me with super angry expressions. First time coming here. Super awkward. Really didn't know whether to order or not.

Drinks were decent. But man, terrible customer service.

Found this boba place on accident and I was pleasently surprised! They have many tasty and unique options to choose from. I had the king brulee and it was super good!

Very disappointed in this location, I stepped one foot in here with my wife at about 9:15PM on 3/21 and immediately after opening the door an employee with glasses walked out from the back of the store and asked if we had a pickup order and my wife responded with no we don’t , and she immediately walked to the back and screamed. While we were waiting for someone to help us order the two other coworkers were laughing. I am very upset at how they treat their customers and this is unacceptable. She proceeded to lie when I mentioned them laughing and screaming saying she didn’t do anything and her coworkers were defending her when I confronted them for their terrible service. Immature children

After a fun-filled girls’ brunch, we decided to grab some boba and found this spot. The parking situation was a bit tricky since it’s located next to an apartment complex or townhomes, not entirely sure. Plus, a Broken Yolk in the same plaza takes up most of the parking spots.

They were running a Valentine’s promotion that included free heart-shaped boba with any drink, which was the perfect way to wrap up our Galentine’s date! One of our drinks was made incorrectly, but the staff was very accommodating and quickly fixed the issue. Great drinks and great service, I’d definitely come back!

5 stars, the taro twist is sweet so i would recommend less sweet, the flavor is good 😌 Thai is yummy at regular sweetness. Coming again

I love it, its nonsense hurts the bad experience I had today, I had a large drink, they gave me a small one and I told the girl who served me and I didn't like the way she changed my drink and I threw the other wrong drink in the trash as it was annoying. I don't think I'll go back

The wait time is short and the drink you choose is so worth it. It makes you feel special with the amount of detail they put into your drink.

It's great on most days except the days where it's not. I got sick after drinking this and had to go to hospital. Somebody didn't wash their hands or left the milk outside for too long

Simply the best.
