I usually only order on door dash and have never had a bad experience!!! ever!! never stingy with their portions and every single time they prepare my order perfectly. they always package everything with care too. they even wrote a little heart on the “i” in my name…so cute?<33 small sweet things like that really make up for the stressful days at work, thank u guys <3

Every single time - Never fails, their pricing on their wall states one price and when they are ringing you up, they charge you a different price. I wish I could just give their product nack and tell them off. So frustrating. Their Customer Service is really hit or miss too. Finding a different location.
The overall experience was fantastic, with a well-maintained and tidy environment. However, the main reason for awarding 5 stars goes to the staff, consisting of three incredibly friendly girls. They displayed remarkable friendliness, attentiveness, and ensured the place remained impeccably clean.

Horrible I asked for a bionico I told the young lady with a eyebrow piercing the instructions and she assured me she wouldn’t add certain ingredients. and when I check my order she did add those ingredients I told her not to then I told her I did not want it and she said you should’ve said that with attitude and the started talking about me with her coworkers in front of costumers Will not be returning ever! Worst experience.

I was looking for a job around these parts. I did not find that job but I did find this ice cream place. When you walk in it’s super clean and neat very professional. They have so many flavors that I’ve never seen before at other ice cream places. As a person that likes to try new things this was another plus. The service was very friendly and offered samples as well. The ice was on another level. You could really taste the fruit flavors like they used the whole fruit really stood out. Plantain flavor was the best 10/10 will highly recommend. I am now a fan of this franchise. Definitely give this place a try.

I bought a aqua Fresca from Michoacán’s in Elsinore, it tasted like soap, called the the Michoacán’s in Rancho to see if I could exchange for another one, the girl on the phone said it was ok. So I drove to the Rancho store and some Mexican guy said I had to buy another one. That’s B/S
