Overall it was a good experience the only issue we had was the fact that we had a 6:30 reservation We got there 20 mins early and checked in after 1/2 hr of waiting for them to “give them a few minutes to set up a table” I went to the hostess to ask how much longer, when another couple came in and told her they're early but asked if they a can sit in the bar They were told that it was full and the high tops are reservation only They then proceeded to seat them there I then asked why they got seated before us their response was “well they have a reservation” I then responded with we do too and they clearly said they were early for their reservation I proceeded to ask WHY they were sat first They asked my name, which I gave and then they scurried and finally after 50 mins of waiting, we finally got seated But took another 10-15 mins for someone , another server not assigned to our table, came over and asked if anybody had greeted us Again we said no She took our drink order that took another 15-20 mins We finally got a server ordered our food Not good customer service if you ask me

Food Quality: The food was very poor and caused me severe stomach pain and diarrhea, requiring a hospital visit afterwards. 2. Service Level: The service was extremely poor; the staff showed no attention or assistance during my visit. 3. Value for Money: The amount paid (USD 178.12) does not reflect the quality of food or the level of service. I gained no benefit from my visit. Conclusion: I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant if you expect good food and proper service, especially for the price paid.

Service was bad. We got checked on maybe twice during our visit. Food was cold and portions were small. We asked for dessert and it took 20min to get to us and the cookies were cold as well. 2/5 overall at best.

My meatloaf was not hot and neither were the friend onions with it, its also a very small portion for $27. The service was great and so was the butter cake.

Lazy Dog never disappoints me ‼️ The food is always consistent and service great.

2st. Time there thought by the name it was a hot dog or burger place. Wrong!. Mense is unique. I had the Mediterranean dish . Friend had Pablono pork dish also burger. Super impressed. Prices like $18 to 21 per plate. I am a satisfied customer

Came back to Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar after a long time. This American restaurant chain is one of the few spots in Rancho Cucamonga that welcomes dogs on the patio. Lazy Dog offers handcrafted American food and drinks made with seasonally inspired ingredients, all served in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. They facilitate both indoor and outdoor seating. Last Monday, we stopped by for dinner on our way home. When we checked in, the indoor dining area was nearly empty. We ordered Mediterranean Chicken Bowl, Chicken Pot Pie, and S’more Brownie Sundae. The overall service was prompt and satisfactory. Our food arrived shortly after we ordered.

The Mediterranean Chicken Bowl was absolutely delicious. It was made perfectly with Grilled Lemon Chicken Breast, Yellow Rice, Tomato-Cucumber-Feta Salad, Kalamata Olives, and Tzatziki Sauce. The Chicken Pot Pie was also delicious, made with house-made gravy, roasted chicken, and slow-cooked vegetables, all wrapped in a flaky, golden crust. For dessert, the S’more Brownie Sundae was the perfect ending to our enjoyable dinner. While the prices were on the higher side, they felt justified given the quality of the food and service. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar and hope to return soon.
