Chicken burrito bowl is legit

First off our server Rhonda was super friendly, helpful, and efficient, checking on us, and offering suggestions,. The food was very tasty as well, definitely plan on going again soon.

I ordered curbside pickup at 11pm. I made it there from downtown LA at 1055pm. Parked in the curbside parking spot. LD said to text LD if you are "here," so I did. Didn't come out or any notification after 11pm, 1105pm still no go. At 1010pm I have to go inside to see what's going on. Then came out with my food. I have to rush out to get to my work when I got there. I had 3 tinyass cups of soup when I ordered full-size soup and cold. Potatoes balls all cold, and side salad. I didn't smell anything good besides tortilla chips. The worst part is i didn't get spoon, and napkins.
Never ever ordering online and do curbside orders!!!

I can't give stars yet because the food was good when dine-in but curbside take out isn't.

And why give tip for????? Pointless!!

All the food & drinks we tried were great & service was top notch; special little things that made them stand out from other places & made us feel very well treated, like valued guests that they genuinely appreciated having & enjoyed giving us a golden experience...patio was gorgeous too--complete with fairy lights, an idyllic fire pit surrounded by ample cozy seating, & even some heaters overhead for the tables further away from the fire...(inside looked delightful too as we walked through, lovely cottage/log cabin type feel too it)...we chose this place to celebrate a special occasion together, so thanks for making our night even more awesome! ...would highly recommend & return ? ? ?
(We tried more than the recommend list had for options, & felt they were all too good not to mention & recommend, so I'll just include them here & see pics for all except 1-evn tho def looked as gd as they tasted too; fried deviled eggs, smokey maple bacon old fashioned, rum punch, bacon cheddar sourdough grilled cheese, & the apple huckleberry pie)

The service was spot on and super friendly. We were there for a quick bit to eat. Had an amazing conversation with the servers.

Went with the bison burger and I wasn’t disappointed. My sons got a cheeseburger from the kids menu and is was an adult sized burger which was a big plus. My youngest went with the nuggets and they were very bland. All in all we will be back in the future.

Best service at restaurant ive had in awhile robby was informative and patient perfect experience for a first time curtis was the agm provided a first time app for us such a great lunch!!

Excellent atmosphere.....unique menu offerings.....free samples!!....thank you Curtis......is a must when your in Ontario!!!....large variety of Asian choices as well!

Lazy dog was one of my favorite restaurants, unfortunately our last visit was not a pleasant one. Candy bacon was cold and all stuck together. The kids chicken tenders were over cooked and cold.

We went to Lazy Dog tonight and really wanted to like this place but wasn’t an experience we’d say “amazing” to.

Service: hostess was amazing, she sat us after a short wait. She was genuine, caring, and had our table waiting with a high chair for our son.

Server was good at first but when our food came, one salad had dressing on it (ordered on the side and she repeated it) and my burger (Mayo on side) came with no Mayo. I waited about 5 minutes for Mayo and ketchup, when it should have come with the meal. Also, the girl never told us her name (make it personal it helps) but she def wasn’t vibing like she wanted to be there.

Beer runners very nice, like they were happy to be there.

Server good to get check out fast since we had our baby son, however she never acknowledged him except that she said she knew we’d appreciate the check fast because we had a baby.

Food/drinks: very cool water is served in a community jug so you can help yourself! Trued some house beers: white beer and light lager were both good, the hazy IPA was not good, or even drinkable.

Service question: I paid for the beer even though I complained and let server know that the beer wasn’t a hazy, wasn’t opaque as a hazy is, and tasted more like a sour. She disagreed and said it’s a hazy and does not taste like a sour. What planet was she on? And with a baby sip taken, why was I charged?!

Salad: Thai salad was good but was served with dressing when ordered on the side. Was a little spicy, waited so long for her to come check on us after food was run, we just ate with the sauce. Having a baby doesn’t allow such long dinner service.. so we made due.

Burger: was cooked to temp and toppings were good. Had to wait 5 min for my side of Mayo and ketchup, so birder and fries were lukewarm by then. Burger char broil taste but not thick, not juicy. I wouldn’t recommend, can make better at home or even Wendy’s crushes this one.

If fries were hot, then they’d be amazing. You can tell. At room temp they were a step above mid.

TLDR: food was ok, service was mixed but server went from ok to argumentative and charged me for a drink I didn’t like.. we are nice and forgiving and wanted to like this place but not likely to return.
