Little Caesars Pizza

Decent food for under 10 bucks. Huge wait time if you don't order ahead. Takes away from the "convenience" of fast food. Usually over a 60 minute wait time here for mediocre food. Wouldn't recommend. Most of the time everything is undercooked.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza online. Expected to get a “fresh” pizza. Instead I got an update 6 mins later from the email that my pizza was done. I assumed there was already a pizza in the oven and I got lucky. However, I got a pizza that had been sitting in the hot box. My fault for not checking the pizza before I left. Definitely, wasn’t as good as it usually is. I guess we can’t get fresh pizzas anymore even if we order from the app. I purposely order from the app for this reason. Disappointing.

I've bought Little Caesar's once a week ever since you opened the store at 9799 Baseline Rd, Cucamonga. But I stopped buying it about a month ago. First order was incorrect, paid extra to have pineapple added to the standard pepperoni and it was not added. Then ordered another pizza (I think it was the square one or the cheese filled one) and it was inedible. Tried to eat it and it was just a soggy doughy mess, seemed uncooked, and it fell down when you picked it up. I tried to eat once piece but it was so awful we threw the rest of it away. Too tired to go and bring it back. You need to train your people better to 1)pay attention to orders made online to provide what is requested and 2) cook the pizza so it is edible. I'm looking for another pizza place unless you are willing to give me a refund for two pizzas and a coupon to maybe try it again. And assure me you have trained the people who work there...At $20 an hour they should be gourmet cooks.

Bring your own crush pepper. They want to sell you 1 for $3. And I guess theyre trying to save money on cheese Cause some of these slices are just sauce.

Rancho & upland are the best in my area. The Ontario little Caesars Pizza place has attitude & stopped going there even though it around the corner from my house!! I go to rancho or upland now. Never attitudes @ these two establishments!

People aren't too overly friendly, nor do they seem to particularly care much about anything except getting their job done. They never have a negative attitude, so all in all they create a pleasant experience, and you get what you paid for.

Waited 10 minutes in line just to pick up my pizza that was sitting. They don't use the order online pickup kiosks.Attending to customers in line, especially when there are 5 of us waiting should be your top priority.

I tried getting my thin crust pizza from here again and they can't follow simple instructions. I ordered my pizza with no-cuts, and they cut it up in those stupid squares anyway!

Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Workers were rude, openly cursing & on their phone. It was laughable.
