I ordered a Half Pepperoni and Half Pineapple Pizza. I opened this and couldn’t figure out why the hell they didnt cut the pizza down the middle!
Then I realised they didn’t even cover it in HALF PINEAPPLE they did mostly pepperoni,
and so you can tell their solution to this after it was already cooked… they cut it COMPLETELY UNEVEN.
This is incompetent behavior. There’s no excuse for not being able to cover a pizza Half and Half with toppings and simply slice it IN HALF.
I won’t be coming here again.

The store wasn't very busy. It was about 2 pm on a Friday afternoon so it wasn't the dinner rush yet. They had re-upped their hot N ready pizzas before taking my order. Took me less than 3 minutes to get pizza and get going.

TRACY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND SHOULD BE FIRED FOR 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never in my life have I experienced such a rude service worker. Yelled at me and told me after waiting 15 minutes that I had to wait another 15 minutes for a pizza I had placed for pick up. Once again, Tracy needs more training when it comes to customer service. If you’re not happy where you’re working, maybe you should not work there. Unprofessional and rude. And racist.

Whoever cooked my cheese pizza at about 4:05 PM 03/18/25 did so perfectly. This is the first time I’ve gotten an amazing cheese pizza from LC.. 👏

Decent food for under 10 bucks. Huge wait time if you don't order ahead. Takes away from the "convenience" of fast food. Usually over a 60 minute wait time here for mediocre food. Wouldn't recommend. Most of the time everything is undercooked.

Communication and Service from the workers and quality of the food at this location is always on point, I am thankful for the team they have here that puts a lot of effort into their work, ensuring the food is properly cooked and looks as good as it does on TV,they are definitely appreciated and should all be recognized at this location. Thank you

Ordered a pepperoni pizza online. Expected to get a “fresh” pizza. Instead I got an update 6 mins later from the email that my pizza was done. I assumed there was already a pizza in the oven and I got lucky. However, I got a pizza that had been sitting in the hot box. My fault for not checking the pizza before I left. Definitely, wasn’t as good as it usually is. I guess we can’t get fresh pizzas anymore even if we order from the app. I purposely order from the app for this reason. Disappointing.
