Go to this location from now on! Way better than the other locations! Seasoned better and cooked perfectly! My fam devoured it before they even had a chance to think about ranch or hot sauce! I ordered 10 pieces of red snapper and 10 shrimps with a side of dirty rice. Amazing. I'll be going to this location from now on.

Owner reminds me of stinkmeanir off boondocks. Owners a bitter old man, no respect for his customers or establishment. Placed an order 1 hour ahead of time for lunch and upon calling he was rude from start to finish. Upon arrival the door was locked, he was confrontational from the start, biggest attitude. He hadn't even started preparing the food trying to justify it with "I have many cancelations or people that don't come get the food" that's not our problem. How he's been in business for 20 years is beyond me, place should've been shut down 30 min into the grand opening. The owner argued with his customer talking about I'm busy there's alot of orders, Meanwhile there were 2 people inside his establishment, if I could post the video I would, stay away from this place, it's probably as bad as it's service.

Doors ? when it says open. U have 2 call to get someone 2 open the door. Money machines don't work, cash & exact change only or don't eat. When the owner couple is there it is the most difficult to order as if they have dementia or just hard of hearing. The chicken ? is hit or miss depending who is cooking it. If it is the couple(owners) walk out. If it is a single lady with the accent, the chicken is great as expected for that style. If it's local and not out of your way and your craving that style/taste of fried chicken, it can B worth it.

Everytime i show up here its closed. They tell me to knock because there in the back, i do still nothing tried to call got a fax machine. Its just a waste of time showing up here.

My buddy told me about this place and when we got there the door was locked it was around 5pm on a Thursday. Everytime we call it goes to a fax machine. How is anyone supposed to support this business?

Sad establishment they had dried chicken low portion of fries, out of all the Louisiana fried chicken,this one is by far the worst. They wanted to add some type of soul to the food but soul needed to be extinguished.

I try to support my people in anyway I can but I get disgusted when what they give back is bad. Brought the shrimp dinner, I could have knocked someone out with the Mac and cheese because it was so hard and old. I am done, this location will NEVER get another dime from me. I can guarantee you this....... Your company will suffer when you do people wrong......
I was really disappointed in how this turned out. I met the owner, and he talked about how he takes pride in his business and the food he makes for his customers. I was literally in shock when I got home and had to feed this to my family. The chicken was burnt. Burnt!!! It should never have been given to anyone. Please do better. After the speech you gave me in your facility, you should be ashamed.

Went to get my nails done (that I didn't get done) just realized there was a Fred chicken place ... so I'm guessing the owner was very NICE, was already helping another women with food in her car (super nice) and WILL was nice enough to offer me some greens and brought it out to me! If that's not great service.. and the greens were FIRE. I'll be back! Highly recommend.. looking forward to try the chicken!
