Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que

Great service.

Lucille’s smokehouse was amazing! we went for my sisters graduation, the food was excellent! our waitress, forgot his name😞, was very nice he was so attentive of what we needed. The nachos were awesome even the burger on the kids menu the bread was so fluffy and soft. i would like to go back to that delicious place, I’ll even maybe go tmr. I TOTALLY recommend this place if you want to spend some time with your family for a special occasion. the biscuits they served us in the beginning were DELICIOUS. when we were done with our food they brought us some warm towels to clean our hands, that was amazing. Best restaurant ever. totally recommend.

The place is very loud but the food is delicious. They have a specific menu of gluten free items. I always appreciate a restaurant that offers allergen free foods.

Very expensive but loved the ambiance

Service was horrible, after we check in and waited about one hour, which we understand and had no problem with that, however after they send us a text and told us we were ready to get seated, we have to wait another 15 minutes inside just to get seated, waitress was in a rush and service was horrible, not only her service was bad but also she was charging us extras in couple items, definitely Lucille's went from good to really bad and expensive place, I personally don't recommend it anymore, they are far better choices than Lucille's!

We decided to give it a second try and unfortunately was even worse, Lucille's is just getting worse! From the moment we walk in service was absolutely horrible! Lucille's hire a bunch of inexperienced and irresponsible people to serve as host, they are only screwing around with each other and NOT paying attention to customers. For sure we will never go back or even recommend this place, on my opinion it needs to be removed from Victoria Gardens.

Berlyn is the best!!! she is very professional very attentive and amazing service food was delicious she was on top of everything will be definitely be coming back and I will make sure she will be our server again thx Berlyn!!

Went to Lucille’s and had the BEST service ever with the best waitress ever. Her energy, friendliness and service were absolutely amazing! We definitely will be back and ask for BERLYN L, she made our experience the best! We will definitely be back and ask for her table.

Everything is worth the price

I ordered online hoping to have a good meal. I ordered beef ribs with sauce on the side. What I got was 3 bones and some charcoal. Maybe one mouth full of meat. Sauce on the side consisted of a container with a teaspoon of sauce. There was no biscuit or apple butter. I ordered a banana cream desert. What I got was a cup of whipped cream with some ground up graham cracker. I am a homebound Veteran who spent $50.00 for an inedible meal. Won't be ordering from Lucille's ever again.
