Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que

Went to Lucille’s and had the BEST service ever with the best waitress ever. Her energy, friendliness and service were absolutely amazing! We definitely will be back and ask for BERLYN L, she made our experience the best! We will definitely be back and ask for her table.

Everything is worth the price

I ordered online hoping to have a good meal. I ordered beef ribs with sauce on the side. What I got was 3 bones and some charcoal. Maybe one mouth full of meat. Sauce on the side consisted of a container with a teaspoon of sauce. There was no biscuit or apple butter. I ordered a banana cream desert. What I got was a cup of whipped cream with some ground up graham cracker. I am a homebound Veteran who spent $50.00 for an inedible meal. Won't be ordering from Lucille's ever again.

Whoever decided to change the macaroni recipe/supplier needs to be fired. It’s macaroni soup now!!! Overcooked noodles floating in cheese sauce. Think hospital cafeteria Mac n cheese! It wasn’t always like that. Why change a good thing? ?

I bought their BBQ sauces and ribbon rub. Fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations.

Parking: Huge parking lot. Drive around the theater if it's too busy right next to Lucille's. You're only walking a few extra steps but only around the building and on a covered sidewalk instead of across the parking lot.

Today the food wasn't as good as it was on our last visit. Server Jameel was good but seemed a little rushed. We had a coupon texted to us which said $15 dollars off of $75 or more and they did not honor the coupon. I asked for the manager to override it but he only removed a $6.25 appetizer. I think they can do better. I expect a company to honor the coupons they send out, if there are special circumstances or fine print, then they should put that on the coupon text but they didn't.

Recently went to Lucille’s to pick up a ToGo order for a family dinner. When I entered the restaurant at Victoria Gardens I was greeted by the young lady at the counter. Her name was Amari and she was welcoming, friendly and super helpful with my order. I wish every restaurant had great employees who are actually willing to help their customers. I hope her managers know what an awesome employee they have. Thank you.

I called while driving to place an order to be picked up and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Thankfully my order was ready when I arrived. It was obvious that management is not in good control at this location. One person trying to do all the takeout orders, with 3 or 4 employees watching that person scramble to keep up.

Now we took our order home (30 minute drive) and unpacked it to discover we were shorted two of our side dishes and one that we got was incorrect.

Although the chicken, beef ribs and brisket were acceptable, sadly the sides we did get were really subpar. Not the great quality that this restaurant used to have a reputation for.

Worst mac n cheese ever, and I will not go on.

The jalapeno cornbread, and the biscuits were wonderful.

It would be hard pressed to go back to this restaurant.
