Nouf took my order and was very pleasant. In addition she made suggestions since I was debating. Great choice., then asked if I would like a water a cup while I wait. The food was prepared correctly and fresh. I love this location.

Already in love with their freshly prepared options, I had the wonderful opportunity to interact with Alexia yesterday. I had a mix up with a previous order, and called and spoke with her to let them know if the mistake. Promising to make it right on my next visit, I went in to order dinner for my daughter and I. Alexia was manning the register, and was gracious and polite when reminded of our previous conversation about my order mishap. She went above and beyond to make me feel heard and respected, and it left me with a great appreciation for her customer service. I eagerly told my daughter of how she made yesterday's visit such a positive one, and told my daughter that "this" is how a business appreciates and keeps their clientele. Thank you Luna Grill 26 Rancho Cucamonga for the great food, the freshest hummus we have ever tasted, and the wonderful business/customer relationship! Alexia deserves a raise! Keep that girl on staff indefinitely! I will be back soon for more scrumptious delights!

Parking: Sometimes the parking lot here gets a little crowded due to multiple dining locations in a small retail center, but you can usually find a spot right by the door. Don't like circling the lot for prime space? They have take-out with all the major delivery services of the area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Having to use a walker myself, the restaurant is easily maneuverable and seating accommodates all abilities

Quick service. I ordered online and had the food ready surprisingly quick. The cashiers were friendly and attentive when I showed up as I had additional requests. When I got to work the food was still warm. The taste is amazing specially the chicken. I was happy with the portions - just right. I just moved to the area and I’ll be coming back often. Fr a fast casual restaurant, the atmosphere and s above standard. The service , like most places was just okay. Not bad, not good. Not helpful but not rude. The reason we go is the food. We enjoy places where you can have a variety of options. Healthy options that are delicious and warm as well as a Big side of fries for others. They do a great job overall. And is a staple for takeout. We were very happy with their family meals. Only constructive comment would be to the owners to try and reduce the use of seed/vegetable oils. That’s it. Thank you ❤️

Alexia and Alicia are thee best they remember you and the things you like. When your indecisive and need help on what to get this is the place to be. Never had a bad experience even when the menu is new they remember the things you don't like as well to help you with the best options. And they always offer you water while you wait.
