This place was just taking anyone's reservations and when I got there, there was a line of over 50 people with reservations but no where to seat them. So it didn't matter

Overbooked. We ended up going to the restaurant next door. Ate and left the area before the people who were waiting got in. Feel bad for the couple's who made reservations, but then had to wait over an hour to be seated. I don't believe I'll be going back.

I paid over $100 for my reservation & got there in time, but still was told had to wait in line & didn't get seated until an hour later! HORRIBLE!

Horrible! We waited in line for am hour WITH reservations. Once we finally sat down by the television area, the worst waiter in history brought us a limited menu and took 20 mins to bring us water. Took our drink order and disappeared. When I waived home down 45 mins later to ask him if he was going to take our order he said "oh I thought I already had" Then left and came back to tell me they were out of blue moon After 2 hours total of being in that place. We left. That place sucks. The manager or owner who knows what it is, runs that place like it's an "OCHA" restaurant. Do not go to this place. We were 1 of about 5 people that left after we were sat down.

Had reservations at 6:45 I arrived 15 minutes before still waited in line for almost 2 hours spoke to someone then told me I can wait in my car and wait to be called proceeded to wait another 30 minutes! never received a call about my table horrible organization so many people in line had reservations and were waiting over 2 hours!

We booked and pre paid for Valentines Day, turns out there were over 100 ppl booked as well standing in line for an hour after setting reservations and pre paying, that was a horrible experience. The whole experience was a fail! Food was $55 for a NY stake and was over cooked, I feel like management definitely dropped the ball here. Waitress was very nice and making lemonade out of lemons so we still left a generous tip of a meal that amounted $300! We paid $300 for the worst experience ever, people were walking up to the line asking if we all had reservations as well, very sad night ! Even if we all decided to walk away and leave the restaurant not wanting to wait in line there was a $85 down payment for a valentines table which was not decorated and missing a table cloth! We understand Valentine's Day is always packed Ana chaotic but seriously 100s of ppl over booked and pre paying ??? I really don't know if Luxe can bounce back from this, however we will never return. Good luck to you Luxe and tie future.

Valentines Dinner- made reservations for 6pm.. had to wait in a line to check in for 1 hr 20 mins.. when we finally sat down.. it took 30 mins for the waitress to greet us .. another 20 mins to get the drinks and a appetizer.. another hour later our food that was cold .. horrible service.. never again!!!

Made a reservation for 6pm didn't get into restaurant until 7:10pm, wait over 30 minutes for table service, waited over an hour for food to be delivered to our table, never received our comp drinks, food was cold. I've never had such horrible service!!

We had a reservation and they had everyone standing in a line. We had to wait a hour and 45 mins. We sat down and nobody came to our table for 30 minutes the guy from the bar had to be our waiter because the lady that was over there went to the same 4 tables. I witnessed the owner turn the table cloth over instead of getting a clean one for the next guest. It was dirty and he just turned it over and threw the flowers back on. It was a horrible experience.

We purchased the Valentine's Day package and I didn't get what I was offered. I also made reservations and still had to wait in line outside in the cold for over an hour. They weren't prepared. The food wasn't that good, but Our waitress was awesome

Not worth the money. Valentines dinner was a complete disaster. Never again! ! My wife's food came out 45 minutes after mine and the lobster was under cooked. Raw! They still try to charge me for it , keep in mind that I was already charged upfront for a bottle of Moet in order for me to reserved . The food was not what I expected for the price , after we ate fajitas which I could've had anywhere else for nothing . Horrible experience, owners need to re think their business model which is not working.

Service was terrible and the place wasn't even packed with people. Seemed like our table was the only one being ignored and they still added a $70 gratuity which blew my mind! I will not be going back.

Nice decor, however, the food is a fail. The wings are horrible, seems as if they boil them, then bake them, then drizzle the sauce. Taco plate has zero dressing. Visually appealing place but they need to step it up with the food. Menu was dirty with food still stuck on it.
