These guys make some great brews for every type of enjoyed from light to dark and heavy. They will take good care of any customer who strolls in and I could not recommend this 1 year old brewery enough to IE or specifically Rancho folks.

One of the most unique experiences I've ever had at a brewery. I was driving by with my fiance and our son, dressed up in his astronaut shirt and rocket ship pants fittingly, when I saw a sign for Mars Brewing. I was on my way to Hamilton Family, but decided to turn around and check it out. Awesome beer! The brewers father served me, and of all nights to go, there was a Space x launch! They put thcountdown on and we watched the launch from the back patio! Will be back every time I'm in the area.
Such a fantastic selection! I love the West Coast IPAs and Pilsners and boy do they have them. The staff is top-notch and the environment is relaxed and dog friendly.

Always a good time! Fourth time here and will continue to visit. Great beer, great environment. Michelada Mix is amazing with Blonde or the Pre-Launch. The Haze is ?. Their seltzers are tasty, I recommend the PAINKILLER...rich and smooth... pineapple, coconut and hints of cinnamon and nutmeg....Addicting!

Mars is quickly becoming my favorite local brewery. The beer is great, the staff is friendly, and they offer a wide variety of sessionable brews in addition the the IPA staples we are used to here in SoCal. The Pre-Launch Czech Pilsner and Curiosity Juicy Pale Ale come to mind as full flavored but extremely sessionable beers that go great with a meal, and the rotating IPA choices, hazy and otherwise, offer a more robust drinking experience for those that love a full flavored beer full of hoppy complexity. They even have a few hard seltzers for those who are looking for an alternative to the beer. I highly reccomend anyone in the area to swing through and check it out.
