Manager is really rude, I order a McFlurry Mini and it’s not even to the quarter of the cup, I went the the manage and asked why it looks like this he did it’s because the machine is shaping it like this , he never asked his team or even apologized he was very rude.

The service at this store was extremely poor. I placed an order through the mobile app and chose curbside pickup. After waiting 20 minutes, no staff ever brought out the food. I had two kids in the car and couldn’t leave them to go inside. After waiting with no choice and my kids getting very hungry, I had to go into the restaurant myself. I found my order just sitting in the waiting area behind the counter. I thought it wasn’t ready yet, but I saw several employees wandering around, seemingly doing nothing productive. One of them was even eating their own food and getting ready to leave. They walked right past my order without bringing it out. It wasn’t until I asked one of the staff members that she finally handed me the food—turns out it had been ready all along, just sitting there. So why didn’t anyone bring it out? If I hadn’t gone in to ask, would I have been waiting 30 minutes or more for nothing? The service attitude at this store is seriously lacking. I hope the store manager sees this message and takes steps to improve the customer service here.
