The employees of this store will deliberately make mistakes or withhold the customers' food. Only by doing their job poorly and making mistakes constantly will customers stay away from this store and their work will become easier. Because their wages are fixed, and the profitability of the store is irrelevant to them. They will not change unless the boss finds out about this situation.

Every time you buy from here, check your order carefully. Because they make mistakes every time, every time! Sometimes they forget the drinks, sometimes they forget the fries, sometimes they make the wrong burger, almost every time they miss one or two things, or make the wrong food. Why does it happen every time, are you doing it on purpose?

Hashbrowns were barely warm, and the circular egg whites had egg shell in them in my breakfast sandwich. Please get someone on quality control. Fun fact when you bite into eggshell it basically obliterates and you end up with the feeling of grainy sand in your mouth 🤮

The food was great and made just as ordered but we had to wait over an 1 1/2 hour to get our food. They did not give us our drinks until I went and asked for them 30 mins later. I understand places get busy but there was no acknowledgment from staff or the manager to Apologize for the wait. They just kept surfing drive-thru guests and doordash guests only who just got there.

I never really had any issues here, until a couple hours ago. My fiancé had ordered nuggets, he had ordered on the app from his phone at the hospital. I was waiting for a while almost an hour, one of the workers asked what I was waiting for; I had told her I am waiting for the 10 piece nuggets that my fiancé ordered and showed her the mobile receipt. She started raising her voice at the other employees trying to figure out what’s the hold up was because I wasn’t the only one waiting for my order. Their was other people complaining as well. The workers were saying that the order wasn’t confirmed, saying he didn’t put that he was there, when he did confirm that he was. I was the one picking it up for him. He even screenshot his bank and it showed the order from McDonald’s that it went through. So I don’t understand why they are saying that it wasn’t confirmed when it was. They don’t know what the hell they are doing there. Officially they were messing up other customers orders as well. Stupid, if you can’t do your job right; shouldn’t be working there. I am very disappointed 🤬

As ALWAYS they mess up your damn order. Every single time my family and I have been here they either mess up your drinks or your food is missing. If you guys are going to charge more for food you need to start checking your workers and makes sure the orders are CORRECT. Today they only gave us 1 large fries and we ordered 2, it never fails.
