What is the point of mobile ordering if the food is never done. This makes 3 times now where I mobile order. Arrive at the restaurant about 10-20 minutes later only to be parked and had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. The food is paid for in advance so who cares if the customer shows up or not. They can’t use the excuse we are making it fresh because it’s not. Very disappointed in the direction this establishment is heading.

Since we didn’t feel like cooking breakfast, we sent someone to MCDonalds. Ordered two hash browns, one sausage McMuffin, and three orange juices to go. Getting home, we discovered the sausage McMuffin turned out to accidentally be a ham McMuffin, so we sent someone back to exchange. They gladly exchanged it, and since she was there, and was going to buy two more hash browns, they gave us those free!! Hey, can’t beat that!!
McDonald’s always gives us more in service that we ask for! Thanks!!

A double cheeseburger extra onions and extra pickles.
What I received was cold buns a little dry the meat was dry the cheese not melted and the temperature was barely warm.
Although for the most part they can't take my order but usually forget my package of Splenda and my package of salt that I have to use when the coffee is strong and bitter. As far as the service goes, McDonald's might train them one way but when they're out there in the real time it's different A large percentage of the time my order is incorrect one way or the other.
And regards to the value, not worth it most of the time I just get coffee because the food is bad. As far as the atmosphere goes I mean what do you expect when I'm going through the drive-thru?
I would like to add that training for customer service may be different from, a hello greeting are you using the mobile app. What about the words that come through come across and are understood everyone being trained as a robot but forgetting that customer service is warm inviting and welcoming. Not getting it here.

The food is the same. I've had many messed up orders I feel they owe me 5 meals because of it. I've overpaid for extra condiments and never got them.

Worse timing or is it always like this?? It's 4:30 pm and is wall-to-wall teenagers blocking the entrance; sitting/laying on the floor and tables. There wasn't ANYWHERE to sit until a table in the play area opened up. The tables and floors were flithy!! The only way to place an order was via the ONE working kiosk; no one was working the counter at all. My grandchildren and I won't be back.

First of all I used to like this certain McDonald’s until recently where one employee was racist and made us wait 20 minutes. He went on the serve many white people first, then finally bringing our food. The food was stale and worst quality I’ve ever tasted from McDonald’s

Love the quality of the food, and great workers, managers.
Ordered food drive thru almost noon. Cheeseburgers, fries were old, had been sitting awhile. I requested fresh fries and would have burgers had I known they were old. Mr Pibb wasn't even good. You can't even trust McDonald's anymore for freshness.

Hard for older people to order, but the associate was friendly and completed my order on the kiosk. The restaurant was clean and spacious. We didn't feel cramped dining in.
