Really bad customer service. Food seems to never be fresh, or the order is consistently wrong. I try to avoid this location and go to the Haven location instead.

Hard for older people to order, but the associate was friendly and completed my order on the kiosk. The restaurant was clean and spacious. We didn't feel cramped dining in.

Milkshake machine is never working. Your stuck in the drive through just to find out you can't get the milkshake you wanted!!!!
I ordered through drive-through. After paying, and waiting about 10 minutes in parking lot for food I was told that their milk shake machine was not working. I had to go inside to get a refund.

I have not sat down to eat in a McDonalds in a long time, and this one was the best experience I've had in years. Management and staff work extremely hard to make this a clean, welcoming, comfortable environment. Staff is so attentive to guests like a real sit down restaurant. I am very impressed at the quality of customer service and cleanliness.
Parking: Parking is plentiful, might require a 1 minute walk to the entrance
Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor playground

I try my best to avoid this specific location because most of the staff I've spoken with are very poorly trained in customer service, in addition to the amount of times my order has been either incorrect or had items missing. The best way I can describe the staff, with a few exceptions, would be they display low pride and/or effort in their work. At $20, this should be the last thing anyone should expect from any dining facility. I'd remove the 'ordering kiosk' from the lobby so your staff won't have the 'not my job to take your order' approach to their assignment, which is to take meal orders to begin with. There are many benefits that come from communicating with customers, namely in learning HOW to talk to people politely!
