I have not sat down to eat in a McDonalds in a long time, and this one was the best experience I've had in years. Management and staff work extremely hard to make this a clean, welcoming, comfortable environment. Staff is so attentive to guests like a real sit down restaurant. I am very impressed at the quality of customer service and cleanliness.
Parking: Parking is plentiful, might require a 1 minute walk to the entrance
Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor playground

I try my best to avoid this specific location because most of the staff I've spoken with are very poorly trained in customer service, in addition to the amount of times my order has been either incorrect or had items missing. The best way I can describe the staff, with a few exceptions, would be they display low pride and/or effort in their work. At $20, this should be the last thing anyone should expect from any dining facility. I'd remove the 'ordering kiosk' from the lobby so your staff won't have the 'not my job to take your order' approach to their assignment, which is to take meal orders to begin with. There are many benefits that come from communicating with customers, namely in learning HOW to talk to people politely!

Its a decent store but the employees kill the experience. The food is not made/assembled properly and the customer service is not good. The fries have NEVER been crispy in my many visits here. They're constantly missing some inventory like ice cream, mcflurry, or happy meal toys.
I've been coming here on and off for years hoping they would change, but it never does. Its sad because some of the employees actually do try, but the bad employees override the good. I blame the day manager, seems more interested in his extra small shirt than the customers. I scored them a 2 instead of 1 star because I've actually experienced worse McDonalds before in Inglewood.
I'm going to the Archibald location from now on. Night\Day difference.

I literally watched the manager argue with an Uber eats employee and it was ridiculous... the manager got all in his face which was super unprofessional. You are not his dad and have no right to get in anyone's face regardless of the matter. He's lucky he didn't get punched in the face for that. Just because the McDonald's is "franchised" doesn't mean you can do whatever you want. The prices went up and customer service is worse than ever.

Second time I come in morning and the little short lady always has an attitude and is very rude. She messed up on my order the last time I went, today I figured I'd give them a chance, turned out to be a disappointment. Just a heads up little short stubby lady is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers.

We asked for extra tatar sauce and got charge and it said that on the receipt. When I got home no sauce at all and the chicken nuggets tasted liked they have been sitting awhile.
