The large old man running the place today has terrible attitude towards customers. Been shopping at different menchies locations for years, I take my emotional support dog with me every time I go to the location off riverside. I keep my dog in contained in bag not on a leash it's never been a problem. The way he talked to wife was absolutely disrespectful as well clearly no respect for woman !!!! Will never be returning to this location ever again.
Raven was so kind and very helpful, she is always on top of it and her customer service is excellent!! I will definitely be coming back!
Great place to get frozen yogurt for dessert or a hot day
Great service and delicious ice cream. They only have cool whip, no whipped cream. I guess It's a Menchies thing.
Their yogurt is so delicious and always creamy. I don’t want to diss any other yogurt place but honestly, this is the best in the area. Not only that but the people who serve you are friendly, personable, and kind.

The cashier was very helpful and friendly to my friends and me and our 10-year-olds. There was no loud noise, and it was a clean place.
I normally don't eat yogurt and this was my first time going here, it's a small shop but good experience this was my second time going today and not the last time

Over half of the machines weren't working. It was extremely hot in the shop and the toppings looked gross. The frozen yogurt melted before you could even pay for it. I would never come back

I brought the kiddos for froyo on a hot day. The service was nice, the selections were good, and I even enrolled in their rewards program for our next visit. Great place to cool down and get a tasty treat.

Says it closes at 9:30 pm and went at 8:45pm and the doors were locked. Staff would just stare.
I bought a gift card rather a number, they don't offer envelope for gift cards. Only a receipt. Consider gift cakes ect offer a envelope for gift cards and cakes
