Froze yogurt is great. Wonderful place super clean . FRONT DOOR FAN IS BROKE FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. The pomagranet flavor is wonderful but they are always out .Kid-friendliness: Kids love the place ..Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to move around .

This small frozen yogurt shop is very cute, clean and bright. There's even frozen yogurt cakes for celebration. There are many different flavors and toppings for your own mix. It's a mix + weigh + pay self serve type. We will definitely come back to try all other flavors.

I don't eat froyo often since it can be expensive, but if the quality is there, then it's worth it. BUT This place just tastes fake ?. The froyo I got was a mix of pistachio, strawberry, and vanilla. None of which tasted as they should have, not even artificially delicious. I should have sampled before committing.Not worth the price.Won't go here again.Don't recommend it. ??SAMPLE BEFORE COMMITTING!!!

We stopped in today for the first time. We had gone to other locations nearby and were in the area. Right off the bat the girl working the counter was extremely welcoming and asked us for samples. All the flavor variety was great, but the cleanliness of the place was very impressive. My toddler made a mess at the toppings station and the clerk went immediately to clean it. She was bombarded by an afternoon rush and handled it very well. I guess I've never been to a menchies when they were actually busy. The bathrooms were very clean as well and useful in cleaning up kids covered in chocolate froyo :-p

Customer service was good I feel I couldn’t try different flavors since they only let you try 1 flavor per guess so I only bought 1 flavor the one my guest chose because the one I chose I didn’t like. I get it people wanna get greedy that’s why the rule at least sell me the sample cups so I could taste what I wanna buy because as far as I know only 1 flavor was good

I told the owner that my kids have food allergies and that we come looking for the vegan options. Everytime we come there are always 2 or more options for my kids to choose from. I like to think that my comment had something to so with it. Even if it didn't, im still glad we can always rely on this Menchies to have allergy friendly options.

I usually love to have a great time with my family and have a yummy dessert but they have now changed almost all of their options to a vegan base. This leaves the frozen yogurt tasting not like the favors before example cake batter tastes like almonds after converting to almond milk. The service is great I just don't enjoy how they changed the options. The people in Menchies are always very nice and good community just the way they changed e options really messed up the place

First time coming here and I will definitely be coming back! The place is small but colorful, and the man, who I am assuming is the owner, helped us out. This place is like yogurtland but with better toppings and non artificial flavors. The new york cheesecake flavor is my favorite especially since it doesn't have that artificial flavor compared to yogurtland. There's a variety of toppings including fruits and syrups. My only complain is that there isn't one in Ontario delicious yogurt! Definitely recommend!
