We normally love Mendocino Farms, but this branch keeps adding bacon to our order even when we clearly request no bacon. It happened once before and we let it go, but it happened again last night even though the receipt said “no bacon.” The onsite manager is great, but the staff really needs better training. I was also told (with attitude) they couldn’t refund me because no manager was present, and no one has contacted me since. Disappointing.

I give this place 3.5 to 4 stars. Discovered it when we intended to go to Corner Bakery about a month ago, but it was closed. At that time, I ordered chicken pesto caprese sandwich and lemon soup. Both were good. At that time, I was able to order through their self serve kiosk/tablet.
Today I thought I'd come back since I enjoyed my experience the last time. I went straight to the kiosk. The manager admonished me as he said there was a line. As you can see in the photo below, there's a menu on the wall when you enter the place. When we entered, there was a group of people looking at the wall menu. It didn't appear to me these people were on the line. There's no sign saying Line Starts Here. Also, there were 2 cashier stations, each with a self serve kiosk; one of them was free with no cashier, so that's where I headed to, and that's where the manager stopped me. The incident sorta ruined my visit. Food was good. Not so Fried Chicken sandwich had this interesting crunch. Tomato soup was tasty. The whole experience was tainted however, so I'll have to think twice before coming back here.

This is a great spot for a quick bite after a workout or before shopping and after. Their menu has sandwiches and salads and other items but I was here for the Avocado Salad. It’s so satisfying and the presentation is eye pleasing and flavorful. Personally I had a bad experience with a to go order and probably will never get it to go since they left out a lot of key ingredients. If I want the experience they off I’ll definitely dine in. The staff is so friendly most of the time but there are days not so much. They have an outside patio if you enjoy that alfresco dining experience. If you’re hungry and looking for something on the lighter side then definitely check it.

I hope these stars can change one day… I ordered a heirloom BLT today, and I received not one tomato ends, but four (4) why, if you need to give these to the customers, at least spread it out among the other sandwiches. I get the “don’t waste food, but cut and trim !!! Seriously bad judgement !!
This place is great, the food is fresh & yummy, lots of vegetarian options, and the service is amazing, Victor has such great customer service it's refreshing to see,. This place is definitely becoming a favorite for me,.

I placed an online order for 6pm. As I type this review at 6:29pm my order still not ready. The staff seems like are lost. They don’t know how to give the right priority for orders. Everyone how ordered on the cashier duruthe time I am here got their orders. Definitely don’t recommend and I won’t comeback.

Live the hot honey peach sandwich, Thai mango salad, goat peach salad ! The service needs to be faster it def takes some time to get your food and some of them are not super friendly but still love Mendos :)
