We purchased a box of donuts. When we got in the car we noticed one of the donuts was not what we ordered. My spouse went back into the donut shop, informed the sales person of the error, my husband took the incorrect donut out of the box with his hand, handed the donut back to the sales person and she placed the donut back in the showcase to sell. The proper way to handle this was for the sales person to give us the correct donut that we ordered and not to accept back the incorrect donut and place it back in the showcase to resell after it had been touched. Not going back there again.
