I went in on 10-9-25 to order a birthday cake for my husband to be picked up on 10-17-25. They lost my order, they gave me a cake out of the display case and gave me that cake and wrote my happy birthday message. I paid 52$ for this cake that was supposed to be freshly baked for my husband. I am from the old school that when you order a cake it would be freshly made. I’m sorry but this is not how you conduct business.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be addressed. The service at this location is consistently terrible. The employees always seem to be in a bad mood, rushing customers instead of welcoming them.

We arrived at 6:15 PM on a Sunday evening — a full 45 minutes before closing — yet the staff repeatedly told us that we had to leave by 6:30 because the dining area was “closed,” even though the store hours clearly state they close at 7:00. We felt pressured, unwelcome, and frankly disrespected for simply wanting to enjoy a quick dessert after dinner.

The attitude of the employees makes it seem like the management is either extremely harsh with them or doesn’t care at all about how they treat customers. Either way, it reflects very poorly on the leadership.

We were just trying to relax and enjoy our evening, but instead, we left frustrated. I strongly urge a manager to reach out and explain why this kind of behavior is tolerated — it’s unacceptable for a business that depends on customer service.

Purchased 5 different slices of cake. There was a hair in my vanilla bean slice and I didn’t see it until halfway through. It was literally INSIDE of the cake batter. Will definitely not be returning.

There's nothing here worth talking about. Everything I tried was good, but not great. Lacks flavor. If I were to recommend anything, I would say the lemon bar. Even though it's super dense, should call it a lemon brick

I sadly didn't get to stay long because I had to go to work right after. I got a raspberry crumble bar and a mixed berry Danish. Wish I took a photo they were such cute desserts and they were really delicious.

I went to two other local bakeries in Rancho Cucamonga for a custom made birthday cake but they couldn’t meet the deadline. My neighbor told me about Mr. Baker. They knock the ball out of the park. The design was actually what I wanted and the cake was absolutely delicious. The guest loved it. We have visited the bakery several times since and have not been disappointed.
