I just visited the bakery and had another bad experience with the customer service. I tried to ignore it in the past, but this time was just ridiculous. The employees do not greet you when they take your order, and they do not thank you after you make your payment. This has happened on several occasions, so it must be the norm. No money tip from me. I used to just ignore it, but after coming back to the bakery after several months of absence and still noticing the pure rudeness, I will not be returning. The fact that the bakery is still in business is surprising, but I will no longer contribute towards their existence.

I bought the cutest cake for my grandchild for her bday. Buttercream frosting that tasted strictly like butter. So gross! Ruined the whole cake and atmosphere. The actual cake part was good.
Called and told what happened. Asked if I wanted a refund. I said not a full refund. Apparently she didn’t understand and said she’d let them know so they don’t make the same mistake. I thought someone who knew what they were doing and cared about customer service would have reached out to me. Sadly no. Never again!!!! Waste of $85!!

Will start with the positives bakery items are really great. The pumpkin muffin may be the best I've had. The oreo cheesecake super good.
I arrived and looked around for a few minutes neither of the 2 females acknowledged my existence no one was in the place. A women walks in must be a friend of the workers because immediately they are welcoming her and begin talking to one another while I remain standing waiting for them to ask if I need help. Meanwhile the rest of my family comes in and within a few minutes we get assistance. Other people walk in no one is greeted to my knowledge and one of Tha gals is still chopping it up with the woman who came in after. We get our deserts and sit down my daughter goes back to get something and asks one of the girls if she can be helped since they remain talking to the women who walked in. It's all good if you want to chat but prioritize your customers greet them also not just the friends that you know are walking in. The desert items are amazing whoever the baker is does a great job but customer service is lacking and people don't want to go somewhere where they feel like they are burdening the unbusy workers.

Also, the coffee was made to perfection.

Very friendly and caring staff.

Good location on Foothill (Route 66).

This place have good flavor and options, but I think the cakes which I bought 2 times for birthdays occasions is rough & not soft & dry. Mr.Baker need to finds a way to make the big/medium sized cakes for birthday soft and solution to this, it’s not just me who thinks this way my whole family agreed especially my mother. Other than this the cupcakes and other sweets is good than other places I have been. Still going to go back to Mr. Baker but less likely to buy big cake again.

Never been here before but was staying nearby in RC. Based on reviews, I met up with a friend for coffee and pastries this past Saturday where there was a fun-looking street fair going on. My latte with almond milk was perfect and the strawberry croissant super yummy. My friend had hot chocolate and a blueberry scone. I bought a box of pastries to take to friends later and it was kind of pricey (about $25 for about 8 pastries) but hey, you only live once, right? Would definitely stop here again when visiting the area. My friend liked this place well enough to meet up with another friend of his the next day!

This place is so cute, full of
#yummyness. The serving was great, the coffee was very good - not bitter or too sweet, just right.. you should check it out.. the little fruit tarts were very good.. I tried a pistachio cupcake - not my flavor - but it was not bad... :) I will come back whenever I'm in the area..

I got food poisoning here from eating the strawberry croissants last week, was the first thing I ate in the day and was throwing up since noon. Also a man outside the door was being very creepy to my wife, I can't imagine what these poor girls go through. Why is it only younger women who work here this place just gives some uneasy vibes. Workers were really nice tho, especially the girl with the dyed hair

I am so irritated, came in this evening to satisfy some cravings and the coconut pineapple cake was dry and crumbly. The pistachio cupcake was dry as well and to top it off. I got three chocolate covered strawberries that look like they had been dipped three or four days ago.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I drove 4 hours to be able to purchase bake goods for an event. I was first told I had to pre-order and then was told I would be limited on what they were willing to sell me! What a HUGE mistake to go there and worst Customer Service Experience they made me feel as if I was a huge inconvenience to them. My purchase totaled $250.00 . When does a Bakery limit you on your purchases, are they not there to make money? I was prepared to extend a very nice tip however after I was treated so rudely the only Tip I can offer is to retrain there staff to recognize there customers as the center of the Universe! They will not be getting my future business of $250 per week

I came to this place based on reviews and let me just say the reviews misguided me 100% I purchased a smores bar, double chocolate cupcake and cake pop. The cake pop was disgusting. The cupcake was so hard and dry the top frosting just detached and fell off it was the worst cupcake ever I had to say something so the lady traded it for a muffin that was just as dry..I'm a big food person and would give credit if this place was good but it was a zero! Never again!!!

Best Baker @ Rancho Cucamonga, very professional staff! Variety of cakes and other sweet dishes! I totally recommend Baker!
