This review is about the tub of bake at home cookie dough sold at Sam's Club and not the pre-baked cookies sold in stores and online. I write this review hoping Mrs. Fields customer support will become aware there is extreme difficulty opening the packaging and that they will make the necessary adjustments so other customers are not frustrated to the point of tossing the whole tub in the trash as I almost did. The plastic rim on the tub is so thick and inflexible it was almost impossible to open without resorting to the use of a screwdriver and crowbar! My hands and fingers did not work on it, a heavy duty dinner knife did not work. I almost lost two fingernails while trying for five minutes to pry off the well sealed plastic lid. After continued pushing and digging, I was able to use a spoon handle to pry a small opening under one the side of the lid. While trying to hold that spot open with the spoon handle already inserted, (bracing the large frozen tub with my arm), I dug underneath it by inserting a second spoon handle into the small open space, all while attempting to turn the large tub round and round like a can opener. Yet the lid continued to seal back up behind the area I was working on - no progress. I continued to use more and more force until the lid finally cracked...and the spoon went flying across the counter as it released. Success, but only because the lid finally cracked and split under the pressure. I had my prize, an open tub of cookie dough with enough dough to last a lifetime - but without a lid to keep it covered , a bittersweet moment. Just a word of caution, unless you are an exceptionally strong contortionist, this may not be the packaging you want to select if you are going to purchase for Mrs. Smiths bake at home chocolate chip cookies. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing it again.
If you’re going to send cookies for a fundraiser in Florida and ship them from Maryland. You should probably have a better shipping system, especially in the middle of summer and in a heat wave. We ordered over $600 in cookie dough and they all came hot. With one ice pack and a cardboard box.
I ordered my mom some Mother’s Day cookies and they arrived in pieces. She said one bagged cookie was completely crumbs. They were rather expensive to show up in crumbs. 🫠 Very dissatisfied. Won’t order from here again, unfortunately.
They offered a custom cookie cake, which I ordered for a friend's son who made a 36 on the ACT. It sent on time but arrived smudged in several spots and looked terrible. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 50% credit when I showed them a photo of how it arrived, with the teen holding it up. should have been 100% credit due to the condition, especially if you take pride in your quality of products. Won’t be ordering again!
So I went in there yesterday, which was the 24th and the employee. It was only one she was on her phone. There was cookies that needed to be baked. I went in there and I ordered a chocolate chip with walnut. It was soft however it only had two walnuts in it more chocolate than ever Mrs. Fields cookies does not taste the same I will not be returning. Keep this in mind I used to love these cookie store since I was a little girl, but things have changed

This was a terrible experience. Cookies scheduled to be delivered on 12/20 are not being delivered until 12/26, if they show up then. Website was inaccessible so you could not track the order or communicate with the company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Very helpful staff

Hardly anything in stock. They stop baking at 6 pm. Why not bake a few more of the popular items? ?♀️

I called the store consecutively a few times, to ask a question about what they had in stock. No answer. I drive by and see the worker clearly there on her phone. I eventually find parking and walk back to the store, and the worker is still just on her phone. I greeted her first to get her attention. No, they didn't have what I needed in stock which is okay. Wish I didn't waste 25 minutes driving to the store because nobody could bother answering the phone.I didn't buy anything, but previously the cookies have been good here so therfore leaving only negative stars on the customer service.
