Jacob is literally the greatest employee in the world I was blown away by his integrity, thought, and hard work into my order. If I were to describe him in 3 words they'd be Loyal, Trustworthy, Diligent, Virtuous, Wise, and Charitable. Needless to say I feel we are all disciples when it comes to his craft in the work. 100% I'd give my experience a 10/10. If I could rate my experience with 6 stars I would. A+ guys keep it up.

Dear Nekter Management,

I’m a regular customer at this location and usually look forward to starting my mornings here. However, I need to bring something to your attention regarding the customer service experience.

There is a young lady who works most mornings, and unfortunately, her attitude and demeanor are consistently rude and dismissive. I’ve tried to overlook it, as I understand everyone can have tough days, but this seems to be her regular approach. Each time I visit, I notice the same behavior not only toward me but also toward other customers.

It’s reached a point where it makes me not want to come to this location anymore, as dealing with that kind of treatment first thing in the morning is very discouraging. I truly believe she would benefit from additional customer service training to help her better represent the Nekter brand and create a more welcoming environment.

I enjoy Nekter and hope to continue coming here, but I wanted to share this feedback so the experience can improve for myself and others.

I go here randomly when i feel like a sugary drink. The prices have gone up alot, never thought I’d pay $7 for a “mini” drink. America has become a joke. The service is great tho cant hate on the employees, it’s really the corporation problem. Would i recommend this place sure but don’t go often maybe once a month.

Had been there before and really enjoyed it. Took a friend on Sunday morning and was totally disappointed. The guy just quickly made it...you could practically drink it, it was soo liquefied.
Will not go again!

The fact that I have to do this to get a response is horrific. I visited this place almost FOUR weeks ago and paid way too much for what quality I received, so I called…no answer. I then went to the corporate website and after 4 submissions and 8 emails and three weeks I finally get a response that the manager of that location and the owner will be notified and I will be contacted. Well another 6 days has past and I even left my number with a promise that the manager would get back to me. Yesterday, the did not answer again and I got a voice mail so I left one for a phone call by the owner…..NOTHING! I would have been happy with a redo of my Açaí Bowl, but now I want my money back and I will never ever endorse this company and for sure this location. You should not give this guy your hard earned money

It was my first time. So when I got there, they already apologized for a 10mins wait. I understood right away as they were only 2 staff working to all the orders & customers waiting. I believed if they were more than 2 staff, orders would be quicker. But overall, both staff were super great. They’ve got great customer service. And the juice were awesome too. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys for the great experience!

Rancho Cucamonga Nékter always makes my PB Health Nut smoothie the way I like it. Definitely recommend coming here!
