Nekter Juice Bar

The fact that I have to do this to get a response is horrific. I visited this place almost FOUR weeks ago and paid way too much for what quality I received, so I called…no answer. I then went to the corporate website and after 4 submissions and 8 emails and three weeks I finally get a response that the manager of that location and the owner will be notified and I will be contacted. Well another 6 days has past and I even left my number with a promise that the manager would get back to me. Yesterday, the did not answer again and I got a voice mail so I left one for a phone call by the owner…..NOTHING! I would have been happy with a redo of my Açaí Bowl, but now I want my money back and I will never ever endorse this company and for sure this location. You should not give this guy your hard earned money

It was my first time. So when I got there, they already apologized for a 10mins wait. I understood right away as they were only 2 staff working to all the orders & customers waiting. I believed if they were more than 2 staff, orders would be quicker. But overall, both staff were super great. They’ve got great customer service. And the juice were awesome too. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys for the great experience!

Rancho Cucamonga Nékter always makes my PB Health Nut smoothie the way I like it. Definitely recommend coming here!

I really enjoyed my experience. The server was extremely kind and prompt and even confirmed my order with me. Probably going to add nekter smoothies to my weekly routine!

Saturday 10/12 a 10 am ...Girl that works there is super rude. Very unwelcoming! She threw the drink on the table w no name. We had to ask if the drink belonged to us and she seemed bothered that we even talked to her! She made my friends drink in a bad mood. And it had red residue when It was a toxin flush w green apple sub. (Nothing red in it) She used left over water from some other drink. Super bad experience!

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. They make the juices well and staff is friendly. The space is clean and inviting. I’ve not always had the same level of quality at other locations. This one is cream of the crop.

Dear Nékter management,Your fruit cup truly was a disappointment and a disaster to say the least. Putting in 1/4 of a cucumber that was soggier than some socks after the gym and pineapple that tasted like it was just thawed out after sitting in frost bite for 4 months was unappetizing and sickening. Then, when I ask for a fork the girl points to a spoon. I mean I guess a fork isn’t required when you eat soggy fruit with the same consistency as corn flakes sitting in milk for 3 days. If I would have known better I would have drove to the local fruit man and paid $10 for some real fresh fruit.

Call me stupid, but in a rush I mistakenly thought the PB Mocha was there new PB and Chocolate protein drink. Long story short got a large PB Mocha, and started to feel very weird (still do). I understand now that it has caffeine in it and some people are caffeine drinkers; but I feel like they shouldn’t offer that drink in a large ever. No need for that much sugar and caffeine!! Hope to feel back to normal soon!

I was sad to notice that my smoothie was not made to order, just poured out of an already premade mix. This made the smoothie very watery and they didn’t even add strawberry jam to the bottom of the cup. Very disappointing because I always order the PB&J and never had this experience at my other location.
