Today, Noods Bar was....disappointing. Looking at other reviews compared to my experience today, this is a very inconsistent kitchen.

The server was great. She's alone on the floor and she's moving everywhere to take care of everyone. The kitchen was kinda slow. The atmosphere is casual and fun, very easygoing. The garlic edamame was good if not spicy. The real disappointment was the classic tonkatsu ramen. I ordered mine with chashu. The chashu was great, very tender and flavorful... but that was where all the flavor was. The bamboo shoots tasted vaguely sour. The tonkatsu broth was almost completely flavorless. I don't understand how that's possible. I had someone else taste it, just to make sure. It pretty much ruined what should have been a really solid bowl of ramen. This meal definitely was not worth the $18 per bowl today. I will not be back, but please do better, Noods kitchen.

I had an outstanding experience at this ramen spot. The service was absolutely phenomenal—fast, friendly, and on point from start to finish. The ramen itself was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. And let me tell you… the shrimp tempura? Elite. Crispy, light, and next-level delicious with that spicy mayo sauce.

Highly recommend. This place delivers on every metric. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Shout out Tyler who served us. Great service made us feel super welcomed and though we had to wait he kept going outside to check on us with updates on wait time . 10/10 service

Today we had lunch here and got the sushi and Ramen. Both super delicious and flavorful. The best experience was our amazing waiter Jayden. He was very attentive and super friendly. He made our lunch that much more enjoyable. Definitely coming back for lunch

An old woman had a dog out front that went berserk when i walked past and tried to enter in the front entrance. Management was not concerned when it was brought to their attention. This place is unsafe and has a very dismissive staff.

Please update your hours. I drove to it thinking they close at 10pm. It was 9:10pm and the doors were already locked.

It’s ok
I guess, good if your going for a quick lunch.
But if you want amazing…then keep trying.
Ramen soup was good but not great, pork had too much fat. Not enough ramen.
Tempura shrimp was crunchy on outside, & mushy inside.
Absolutely no Sauces on hand, and pork buns simple but good.
Overall it’s ok I guess.

You have to make sure you get there more than an hour before they close otherwise they won’t serve which I could understand if I showed up 20-30 mins before closing.

When I first ate here with my partner it was fantastic, the broth was good, noodles were fully cooked and the eggs was warm. Now that I went back to try again, the broth was the only thing hot, the noodles were cold and the boiled egg tasted like they just took it out the fridge and plopped it in the noodles. Customer service is ok.

This evening I tried to order food for my family on uber eats and they cancelled it twice, this happened a couple days ago when I tried to order for myself but I didn’t mind calling and ordering it for pickup myself. This evening I didn’t feel up to it as my family and I are coming down with colds, I tried calling but the calls kept failing, I was able to order through DoorDash but they didn’t have the full menu with one of the appetizers I wanted , I asked my dasher to communicate what had happened in trying to order and someone by the name of Luke I believe went back and forth with me over the messenger. I was willing to add the appetizer and have them charge me on the app but they said they couldn’t, when I had issues earlier this week they through in a free app for the inconvenience so you would think with how much I was spending they would do it again . The employee also insisted the phone was working but if that was the case I would’ve have called and ordered. They took forever to make the food and didn’t label anything so we had to guess what everyone got. The meat in my ramen was overly salty. And they just through utensils and stuff in the bag. Even my dasher was irritated with them and recommended other places to get ramen and similar apps. I will not be back at this place and I will share my experience with everyone I know and tell them to also not come here .

I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and each time we’ve come to eat the service and food have gotten worse. The menu has also decreased in size taking out items we actually liked which sure okay isn’t a factor in this but still. We ordered the spicy miso with chashu and it was very underwhelming and almost tasted rotten. The pork was way over cooked , it felt like I was biting into a big chunk of rubber. The broth itself was not as good as it used to be idk if it was from the pork but it tasted off. The service was… not even there our waitress would come drop off one thing and leave for like 5 minutes at a time then come back only to say she would be right back for another long increment of time. When we arrived there were no tables so I’m confused on the lackluster quality of food and “service”. Also, a tbsp of chili paste was $2 ????? which is absurd in my opinion. Disappointing visit :(.
