Nothing Bundt Cakes

I am so upset that my strawberries and cream mini Bundt Cake was a mess I didn't get a chance to see it in the store because the employee put it in the bag and taped it up so quick had I known that the cake was on its side more icing in the container than on the cake the presentation was horrible and I was giving this to a friend of mine for her birthday I can't believe this is what Nothing Bundt Cakes is about.

This was super frustrating, I got there early to wait for them to be open and no one showed up. There was a line of people outside, the doors said open at 10 but no one was there. We called and even the phone system said they were open. We all waited for 25 mins and it was still closed, some of us even had pick up orders. It was ridiculous and really put a huge delay in plans as well as unprofessional.

Responding to your reply, first I want to say thank you for reaching out. But this was not an issue of misunderstanding the hours of operation as stated in the comment above. This was an issue of no one coming to open the store during the scheduled hours, this is why I stated it was unprofessional. As on your website, phone line and the posted hours all gave the same opening time and no one came to open the store, that was the issue

When you purchase a small bundt cake, they'll put them in a small plastic dome container and the cakes will stay fresh for a long time. I also ordered a large cake that went stale only after 2 days. They put a piece of plastic film on top of the cake, and when I tried to remove it, some of the icing came off along with it. Secondly, they put the large cake inside of a cardboard box, which allowed the cake to get stale, I don't understand why they don't use a plastic dome for their larger cakes as well? I'm very disappointed!

Love the cakes, however so disappointed with the service. The girl at the register yanked the cash out of my hand,and so short with her answers. So rude I want to think that she must of been tired or wanted to go home, but if you can't fix your attitude when a customer walks in then she is in the wrong place.

Nothing Bundt cakes are the most delicious cakes I've ever had and ordered the cakes online and I was simply going there to pick them up. The cakes never disappoint and I had gotten them for a friend that was coming to town and a couple for another friend I wanted to him to try and everybody loved them. One of them was the confetti cake another one was the vanilla cake and I also got two of the chocolate chocolate ones. You can't go wrong with any of them actually They were all delicious

Great cakes! I got the red velvet bundlet and the price is really amazing for the quality. The cakes are so soft and fluffy, and the icing is really the best part! This particular location is very cute and has a homey vibe to it. Will definitely be coming back again for special occasions!
