I order Uber Eats from this place consistently. The young man who works here always calls me to let me know if something is out or if anything needs updating with my order. Love this place and the service is so good. Amazing açaí bowls

I always come back here no matter what bagel spot I try this one will always take the cake ! I feel like every time I go I transport to the early 2000s in like a good way ?? It feels homey and welcoming in there ! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I came here a year ago and it was better. The bagels are delicious, but the service lacks. No employee looked like they wanted to be there, which was a bummer. And the coffee is not my favorite, but that’s more personal preference. Amazing bagels though.

Ruined Mother's Day. I live abroad and pre ordered breakfast in bed from NY Bagels with door dash. I sent it as a gift so my mom knew it was coming. Three hours later they cancelled the order. My mom sat around waiting for food that never came. No apology or reason from NY Bagels. Won't be back.

Bagels are good and the sandwiches are what you can come to expect from a spot like this. Good but nothing special. Prices are reasonable. If I'm in the area, I come here to get a breakfast sandwich. It's quick, easy, and the quality is dependable. The service could be better, it really just depends on who you get that day.

Decent bagels, though. They sold out of most choices 3 hours before they close.

Ordered a jalapeño egg chesse bacon bagel. What i received was a plan wheat bagel with burnt bacon and told the jalapeño was mixed in with the batter. Taste nothing like jalapeño. Never coming here again.
