The food is generally ok. It's the customer service and attention to your order being complete that they struggle with. This is the 3rd time that I order food from this location and there is something missing from the order. It's frustrating to pay for an item and not receive it and have to go back to pick it up or just call it a loss and not get it.

My party was canceled so I had to cancel a large online pick up order I placed a few days prior. I called the restaurant the day before the party was supposed to take place to cancel the order. A young gentleman helped me as well as the manager Cesar. They are both so professional and provided excellent customer service. Refunded efficiently without issue. I will continue to come to this location.

IM SICK TO MY STOMACH!!! I went to this location on my lunch break in the drive thru and I waited 27mins for my food. After I consumed my entire drink I noticed there was little black particles in the bottom of the cup. My chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and I didn’t notice it until after a few bites. You would think that the food would be fully cooked being that I wanted so long for it. I’ve been sick to my stomach throwing up ever since. Moral of the story don’t go to this place on your lunch break if you don’t like raw chicken.

Came through the drive thru today and received food that wasn’t fully cooked through.

The customer service is poor! The two cashiers had no sense of urgency to attend customers waiting in line. Once it was our turn they had very poor communication skills and customer service. I understand there is other tasking to do however customer is the priority. Please coach your cashiers and Manager what good customer service is.

First time visiting and definitely don’t think it will be my last. Didn’t get any photos but the food was great. Staff were friendly and had the taste of Hawaiian BBQ. Got the family meal, it was plenty for four.

Thanks again for the opportunity to experience hawaiian food in California. I really enjoyed the fried shrimp and the macaroni salad. They really offer good cooking.

I like the food, but the service needs to be better. I don't know if it's because everyone that works there is young, but they have attitudes, ignore you, and don't say thank you.
This was my experience a few times.
Maybe I will try a different location.
