Last night, I got my order at the drive-thru. I got home only to find out that they got my order wrong. I called them more than a few times and had no answer. I decided to go back and even made the phone call while I was there, only to find out that they leave the phone ringing without any answer. I asked him about it and they said that they were extremely busy. I found that to be a lie because when I was waiting in the drive-thru the first time, that same female who said they were extremely busy was on her phone while I was in the drive-thru. I proceeded to tell them what was wrong with the order, and she seemed to have copped an attitude. They decided to go ahead and remake my order, but while I was waiting, one of the cooks in the back was talking bad about me in Spanish. I'm assuming he didn't think I was Mexican, but I understood every word. When the lead cook said what was wrong, I talked back in Spanish to let them know that they got the order wrong in Spanish. When the cook that was talking bad about me found out that I spoke Spanish, he immediately changed his tone. This is not the first time this sort of thing happens at this location. The people who work at this location are too laxed and believe they can get away with acting the way they do.
NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

I am so disappointed. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ mix and it was awful. I first noticed how dry the short ribs and beef were. That was surprising because the short ribs are usually fatty. The chicken had no flavor. I ordered thru door Dash and spent 17.99 for something I couldn't even eat. Thank God my daughter's order was edible. Total sent was 54.00 never again. I had to throw mine in the trash. Do better Ono Hawaiian BBQ. You'll never get my money again.

It was hot and there was no air-conditioning. I couldn't handle eating inside because of the heat. Had to eat outside, which it was cooler

BBQ MIX.. ?? the best ??

The shrimps were not crispy and I asked for two extra terariky sauce and the rep said that I already put into the order and closed the window. As well, another rep did gave me two extra souce but it was the wrong souce.

I wish that as a side they would allow instead of two scoops of rice or macaroni salad you could get one scoop of each in a side order. I asked and was told no.

This place has garbage service.... it always takes more than 15 min just to take your order then another 20 to serve your order and at least at this location always check your order becuase they consistently get your order wrong. If your really in the mood for ono just go to the location on summit and avoid this dump.

The Spam Masubi is my go to with a Lilikoi Hawaiian punch. Food is always good. The service lacks in visual professionalism, but are friendly and helpful.

The parking lot was nice and clean, the long eyelash girl at the drive through was very polite. My food was tasty and satisfying. Do I need say more? C'mon man!! The number 1 combo is to kill for??????

I visited this establishment for lunch on a Sunday when it wasn't busy. Despite this, it took an hour for my food to be served. I approached the staff a couple of times to inquire about my order, and each time I was told it was almost ready. Eventually, they informed me that they had lost my ticket. It was a disappointing experience and a waste of time.
