Service was beyond better than usual. Felt like they added attention to detail this last visit. Kudos to their entire team, we were wow'd how great they were
I couldn't give the highest rating to service because when we arrived the hostess was on a call which was very lengthy. The hostess I felt should put the caller on for the few seconds it would have taken her to check us in. By the time she finally finished with the call there was a line of at least five guests waiting to check in. I would also like to point out that we had a reservation and were on time
While the food is consistently good here, I was very disappointed to see how much the portion sizes have shrunk . I guess that it's their version of "shrinkflation". We hadn't been to PF Changs in a while, and as a party of 3 we ordered what should have been plenty of food. Normally there would have been some to take home. Not anymore. However, the overall experience was excellent.
Going here is an event for my family! But it was so intimate, and the food was impeccable! I loved it so much I didn't even blink at the $60 bill including a 20%^ tip. It was just me and my daughter, and she had water with her meal! Lol But I feel like it was so worth it. I don't know why but the food tasted elevated if that makes sense!

The customer service was excellent, the restaurant itself was nice. The beef fried rice was not seasoned and the meat was kinda tough, the calamari was dry and chewy and had no flavor, and the fried green beans (I believe that's what they were) was a horrible choice, it was not seasoned and dry. The beef and broccoli had no flavor either. Not even salt could help these meals. Will not be returning, respectfully, not my kind of food.

This used to be a good to place for my wife and I. Last nite was not the case, the soup came out cold, Mongolian beef was leather tough and sent back! When it was re-served the kitchen over loaded the plate with green onions possibly all the green onions in the kitchen! The bartender Brandon was great though and sympathetic about the food we we served. All in all possibly not going back

We used to order the chicken lettuce wraps... they were very affordable..
Now they are very expensive. Got a family of 4. If you oder 2 orders. It's almost 40$ for 2 orders... so we used to love that dish along with my kids. But its way to expensive to order that.... way too expensive...

My favorite Asian food. I always get the dragon shrimp with white rice. The shrimp is well seasoned with added veggies.. The crab ragoon is delicious with its special sauce. The service was great as usual.

Came in for a quick dinner with my lady and everything from the appetizers to desert was perfect. Did not have to wait long at all for our food and Keith helped us with the menu and let us know what’s best. Will be returning.
