We recently dined here after many years and really enjoyed the food—it was excellent. While our service was friendly, it was noticeably slow throughout the meal. That said, we understand off nights happen, and we're hopeful this was just one of them. We'll definitely be back and look forward to a smoother experience next time.

Server got order wrong and replacement didn't come out for 30 minutes. Meanwhile rice and lo mein got cold. Manager gave us a dessert but it took 30 minutes because the kitchen wasn't prepped. We were there 2 1/2 hours. I was so disappointed.

The food here has changed. And each time we come here which is not often, the food arrives too quickly as we can't keep up with each course and tends to get cold. Each time we have asked to slow down the progression and they never do. I feel like they are rushing us out of the restaurant.

It's rich people social food... If you are hungry, go to apple bees. None of the food will fill you up. The table they had us at was falling apart and barley functioned as a table.

I went to a Christmas Party. They had wild decor at PF Changs at Victoria Gardens, with okay appetizers, yummy entrees, and some delicious desserts. They have some of the worst versions of these foods I've had. I didn't have to pay because it was a work party. Likes: lo mein and beef, broccoli beef, chicken and peppers, and lettuce wraps. Dislikes: red dragon margarita, banana egg rolls, egg drop soup, gyoza, and honey chicken. Scared to try the fried rice. Nothing special house white wine, cream cheese wontons, salad, and chocolate cake from my small bites.

I came here for my anniversary first time trying this chain restaurant and i have to say the food is amazing the drinks are to die for! The atmosphere is great the service amazing! 🤩 definitely coming back for more thank you!!!🙏

Keith offered us a table outside so we didn't have to wait the 45 min wait. We were so thankful!!! His service was top notch. We will be back and will be asking for Keith.
The best part of our night was our server Keith. Other than that it was average at best. We had reservations for 7:45 and didn’t get seated until after 8:30. We only had a party of 6. We’ve eaten here numerous times and have never waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seated with a reservation. It might be awhile before we come back if that’s how the service is.
