Best cabeza in Rancho Cucamonga. Burritos are great and a good size. Carne asada fries substituted for cabeza makes it over the top delicious. They rotate the agua frescas too with some unique flavors.

First time trying this spot, I have driven by several times and finally had the opportunity to try it. This is located in an industrial/ office park. There are several other eateries next door, so there are a few options to choose from, especially if you work nearby. Not much on aesthetics except for some Mexican themed deco. I stopped in for lunch yesterday. I ordered the carnitas quesadilla. First, it was massive. The pork was super tender. The guacamole is great as well. In fact, it was good enough I had it for dinner as well. It took a bit to get but well worth the wait.
