Food is not so great. The teriyaki chicken tastes boiled. Came in 2 hours after open and they only had about 3 entrees available. The noodles are all vegetables, and fried rice is clumpy. Do better.

Had gotten sick after eating here and called to request a refund, the manager Stephanie was extremely rude and told me something along the lines of "How would I know it was food poisoning if it takes 72 hours to happen?". Not sure if she knows, but you can get food poisoning symptoms 30 minutes into eating contaminated food. I have reached out to customer service for help and have yet to hear back, I've never had any issues with this location but now I will NEVER go back.

This is literally the 3rd or 4th time getting burnt rice. Fried rice to be exact. I’m taking a wild guess and going to say it’s from the old plate and they place the old rice on top and serve it to the next customer. I may be wrong but it’s disgusting having to try and chew through that. I’m only writing a bad review because it’s getting repetitive. Work on it please. Food used to come out ok for a Panda Express but come on. No one wants to try and nearly choke on fried rice.

They never make enough string bean chicken. Its always out and I have to wait for it to be made. It happens with other entrees and chow mein too. They should keep up with what's running out so customers don't have to wait.
