I got a coupon on the app for a free bowl of soup or mac & cheese. So I ordered and got this bowl filled 1/3 of the way. Is it because I used a coupon? If you guys feel some type of way about it then don’t offer them!!! This is ridiculous. The employees need to be told how to serve the food.
And if this is really how much you guys want them serving then why not make the bowl smaller? You’re just gunna fill it barely over half way?

Gross and Slow.
Consistently late on orders. Even when ordering through the app, they are usually late. Upwards of 20 minutes over the promised time. Employees rambling about personal things overheard instead of focusing on getting food orders out.
Floor is sticky, and sometimes smells of dirty mop water.

DO NOT VISIT. HYGIENE IS HORRIBLE.
We always come to Panera for bread. This time I suppose it might’ve been a newer employee at this location. She had a beanie on and her sleeves kept sweeping over our bread. It wasn’t once. It was multiple times.
On top of that, she kept touching her beanie while serving us. After working in the food industry, this is disgusting and disappointing. Who knows where the clothes have been. I have no idea how they got hired…
I am glad we were able to get a new loaf of bread.

🚨🚨🚨(MUST READ) surprisingly worst service- carless handling of bread and food . Poorly slapped together sandwiches . Funny thing is people just accept this as the new normal .
We got the text stating our food was ready the young lady operating behind the counter was very rude seemed to be upset I was standing there never received my order to top it off they said I never put in a order . I used the kiosk , the charge is in my bank purchased the order 10 mins before leaving this review . Happy to provide prof .
The location was disgusting . Trash everywhere floors nasty dirty no intention of cleaning up from staff . I doubt this will ever change this will be the last time I ever come here ..

Very dirty Panera , customer service was awful . None of the team members seem to like their job, they treat you like they’re in a hurry to get you out of their faces . Team members making the food has poor attitudes and they talk all over your food. The food is sloppy and not properly made, the breads are stale . Lots of homeless people invade the dining area and touch all of the condiments. The drinks taste like the filters are dirty. This location is far behind with its up-keeping capabilities of the Panera standards . Very filthy Panera and I will not be returning

If you order the soups can you please advise if you run out of the bread
Stopped in for breakfasts. The woman working the register was untrained and had to go get help because after a couple of minutes, she could not figure out how to add an order of sausage onto my order.
And I don’t know what happened to their bagels. They were so tiny and grainy inside and not any cheese flavor like they used to have. Then they charged me seven dollars for four little containers of cream cheese, and they only gave me two. And of course by the time I went back and had to prove to them that they owed me two more cream cheese my bagels were cold.
Even their pastries and cookies were very tiny and priced at almost 5 dollars. I’m not sure how they stay in business and they have lost mine.
