I went to Panera a few days ago I placed my order to go, so I sat close to the cooking area, after 10 minutes I asked the cook why my order was taking so long, and she told me that my order had been placed on the counter already, apparently someone else took my order, as you can imagine I was very upset because I was there during my lunch hour. I complained to the manager, and I told her why they don't hold to the bag until they call the person's and when they approach the area give them the bag. She did not care to hear my complaint and directed me to call the 800 number. I will never take my business to that location again.

The food was fire, but the restaurant itself was atrocious. Maybe we came at the wrong time, but I have never been to a Panera Bread that dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. It was difficult to find a clean table. The chairs weren't all put back where they needed to go. The restroom was filthy. It really ruined our appetite, but this seemed to be the only restaurant in the area without a wait. Again, maybe it was just a bad day, but it was astonishing how poorly the restaurant looked at 6pm.

Lynn a team Leader or Manager as stated on her name tag. Was very professional and informative on the questions I asked her about the menu and establishment. Got the Hot Chicken bacon Rancher and black tea with a cinnamon roll. First time here as I came for a business meeting. Wonderful. My only complaint not for her but for myself I didn’t leave her a tip I was so focused on eating and being a little ill I wanted something Warm and to eat!!! Always tidy. Reliably tasty menu with lots of options. Bakery goodies are yummy as is the bread. Friendly staff.
Vegetarian options: You can always order any of their delicious fresh salads without any chicken or bacon. Several options for soups and sandwiches without meat.

SAVORY LUNCHES w/ SLOW SERVICE! Don't get me wrong the staff were absolutely wonderful, however I recently went on the weekend and I literally spent 30+ minutes waiting for my food and it was just a sandwich, cup of cheddar mac, potato chips and a drink. The staff were apologetic but I don't think they were trained to deal with busy weekend days.
The store was starting to get crowded as orders piled up and no one was getting their orders. I was starting to get nervous that I wasn't going to get my meal. I eventually got my meal and was relieved, however they still made a mistake and gave me an apple instead of my potato chips.
My bacon turkey bravo sandwich and bacon cheddar mac were phenomenal. If you're a Panera fan, you must try these items on the menu! I was having a long weekend and this lunch honestly raised my spirits. The sandwich was fresh, the mac was creamy and topped with crispy bacon bits.
The store had a mildly clean bathroom and drinking fountain. The tables looked presentable, overall it's a well-kept location and feels quite modern. I loved the amount of tables and booths. This Panera is massive compared to others and can fit small and large parties.
A couple of kiosks are available for ordering if you don't want to wait in line. Note, this Panera does NOT have a drive-thru.
