Papa Johns Pizza

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS! We ordered a pizza for delivery. After wondering where it was an hour later, the Door Dash delivery person just threw the pizza box on our front porch, and never even knocked on the door. The pizza was all smashed in the box. When we called Papa Johns about the matter, the young woman and the young man couldn't have been more rude. They said that we had to call Door Dash, that it wasn't their problem. Their attitude and customer service is terrible! I believe she said her name was Camry. I'm pretty sure she lied.

Grabbed some pizzas for our small work team. Ordered in the Papa John’s app the day before and scheduled pickup time. Overall great service and food quality.

Only downside was didn’t see way to adjust the order pickup time in the app after ordering… so called the store directly to move my pickup time.

Great service. Pizza always ready on time. Love their garlic butter sauce

Unfortunately this location in Foothill is not the best. My food was cold and the service was... lacking to say the least. My app said my food was ready so I enter the store to pick it up. I had to wait about 20 min because the employees keep saying "we'll be there in one second" even when I told them that my order was ready and I was trying to pick it up. I'm sure is not the employees fault. They are trying to do their job the best they can, but I would encourage management to add a person to take care of the customers while the cooks take care of the food. In the mean while. I will try other options for pizza. Good luck

Absolutely terrible tasting pizza. Only a hang full or pepperoni and black olives. Definitely would not recommend this location.

I don't know why but a third of the time I order from this place I get food poisoning. Very sus. Probably won't be ordering from here again.

I called to order the $10.99 carry out pizza. I had no idea that the calls go to a call center. The call center tells me they no longer have that special and then he was going to hang on me, but I quickly asked him to wait and told him that I am going to order a pizza, and would just like to know what other special they have. He then tells me they have the pairings, I said do you have anything else , he tells me no nothing else. I was surprised by this but went ahead and ordered the pairings. I drove to the store to pick up my pizza and saw on there store window the $10.99 large pepperoni pizza carryout special and I also looked online on my phone and saw a bunch of other specials they had as well. I also told the person that took my order that I wanted the small pepperonis on my pizza and they gave me the regular pepperonis.I am very very disappointed by the incompetent people working at their call center.

Papa Johns has gotten a lot better over the years. My family and I always get the stuffed crust, and it always tastes great.
