Very clean restaurant. Very well kept. Air conditioning was on. I called my order in and when I arrived it was ready, no waiting. I like that they give you plates and condiments upon request. They have a white selection of drinks and even some ice cream for dessert.

Ok I've had the pizza 5 times now and if there was a way of giving it 4.5 stars I would. It's a bit pricey (I think everything is nowadays) and could be a bit bigger for the price, it's good, quality seems to be there in the ingredients, making them above average for sure. At least in my taste. Service is always been more than adequate, and I've only had takeout so atmosphere doesn't count in my case.

A Large Stuff Crust Which Was $32 but its really a medium cut up in baby slices to make 12 slices
And Cinnamon twist
Cost me $80 plus my $14 tip
Every thing i order was cold because they wanted to use DoorDash instead of the delivery drivers they have in shop.
Never eating here again.

If you want cold pizza, then order from Puzza guys. It took 45 minutes to make a large pizza plus 30 minutes after the driver picked up the pizza for it to be delivered, I live 2 miles away. The pizza was cold and limp. I called restaurant and they said they would call me back to make it right, but they never did.

WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVERI understand one store failing but two stores failing you at the same time is unheard of...Got an email for a BOGO deal...Rancho location would not honor deal said to go to Fontana. Fontana would not honor but said rancho would honor and they would call them to put in the order. After waiting almost an hour, I called to confirm and they had not even put in the order. The employee said she would call to put in order and to JUST GO pick it up.So we are now almost on hour two of trying to get a pizza...I show up at the rancho location and they have not even got nor put in my order! The night manager gets on the phone with owner/ general manager...he asks for my phone and goes through my email (borderline privacy invasion but I have nothing to hide) because they think the coupon is fraudulent or sent on accident (IT WAS NOT)Night manager is on the phone with general manager (owner?) for over half an hour which is obviously becoming a ploy to wear me out so I leave since the store closes in half an hour...Final verdict after THREE HOURS of this nightmare: night manager informed me that I have to buy both pizzas at regular price...FMLThey called me the next day to make it up to me but by this time I wanted nothing to do with this company...also why didn't they just fix it when they had the main manager on the phone? Why did the Fontana location tell me to drive to the rancho location when they had not confirmed anything!?!?! Now that it will reflect poorly on them, now they care... do yourself a favor go to grazianos or even roundtable for better pizza and none of these petty games or shenanigans.

Don't Order from here, I'm sure there are much better pizza guys then this place. We ordered pizza on Dec 5, at around 8:40, we were very patient and it said that our pizza was supposed to be delivered at 9:34. At around 9:50 they called us notifying that they were "behind on orders" and that they were going to have to have our order door dashed. They also said our order would get to us within 20 minutes. We waited and at 10:50 we got out pizza, late and cold and tasted like it was sitting there. Not to mention that none of the pizzas were what we ordered, none of the toppings were what we picked. When I called the next day their Store Manager James herd my complaint and then rudely said "well what do you want me to do about it" I initially wasn't looking for a refund but I felt like they didn't care so I asked for one and he said he would go ahead an refund me. It's now Dec 13 and I have yet to see a refund, I under these typically take 3-5 even 7 days. But when I called to check on it they were trying to solve the issue but didn't know how the shift leader Anglicia didn't know who was working that day or who was in charge nor could she provide me with any information. She had to call someone and get back to me..she tried to offer me a redo but said I would have to pay for delivery. I was not happy about that why should I pay for their mistake.she tried to justify things like looks like they actually upgraded your pizzas. I was like so? I never asked for that, or those toppings. When she asked if I wanted to pick up the order I let her know why should I go outta my way to get an order they should of gotten right the 1st time. I felt I should of been giving something extra for my time and she tried to justify that they threw in a soda the night they messed up. I asked her if we can go back to just the refund and she said okay thank you have a nice day while I was asking a question and hung up on me. She kept saying she was trying to make it right but she wasn't and I understand it wasn't her fault but this whole process was ridiculous. Never ordering from there again.

I usually buy pizza for my kids, but I ended up eating a couple slices myself. This pizza is so dang good and cheesy that it took me back as a kid watching the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, where that pizza was movie magic. This is movie magic, and I will be ordering again.
Delicious pizza got the spinach pepperoni great combination of flavors and excellent service even got a discount for being first time customers. Will definitely be coming back again. This is a new spot so it doesn’t have many reviews but do not pass this up it’s delicious.

It was my first time trying out this place. I was picking up some lunch for the office of 5 people. I ask, and they recommend the Cup & Crisp Pepperoni Duo Pizza and Guys Combo Pizza. I ordered them large and a side of 12 wings. To my surprise, it was nearly $75. The food itself was good, no complaints there. I suggest you order ahead of time unless you have 20 minutes to wait. The staff was friendly and helpful. I might get the personal pizza and soda for $8 next time.
