The general manager Ana has very poor customer service skills and she's a liar. My order was cancelled and I wasn't advised because they were too busy to let me know. She was trying to call door dash due to no drivers but she just noticed my order was still there due to them being to busy to provide any updates to a customer. Ana is supposedly the general manager but she doesn't have the corporate office number nor does she have anyone that she reports to.

I had a very BAD EXPERIENCE here last night, Monday night, February 24, 2025 after 11 PM, with the Latino manager named Alfredo. He was rude. He was giving me attitude and push back. I placed an order for a large pizza with extra pepperoni and EXTRA green peppers. From the pictures and video there's not a lot of green peppers and I paid for that. I placed the order online and I walked into the store and I asked the white guy making the pizza if I could see the pizza before he put it into the oven and the manager Alfredo told me NO. How rude is that I can't even see the pizza that I'm paying for to see if they put enough toppings on there. Once the pizza was out the oven and he showed it to me, it was clearly evident that there was not enough green peppers on there for it to be considered EXTRA. I asked him to remake it and he told me no. I even ordered eight boneless chicken wings with buffalo sauce and he didn't put enough buffalo sauce and I complained about that and he wouldn't add any more sauce and he just took the chicken container and started shaking in front of me. ALFREDO TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK THERE! He is rude and needs customer service training. For a manager, his actions, attitude, and words are unethical.

I made an order online and when I got to the store the order was not what I had ordered(meaning it was missing an added topping that I had paid for as well as a topping that was initially supposed to come on the pizza-it was a tavern style with pesto missing the pesto) Furthermore; when I had checked the pizza after I paid for it I noticed the missing topping and the manager was like you didn't pay for it, however I clearly had considering the price difference. Now I don't know if this was a mishap due to me making the order online and it not showing up correctly in store. So my advice is to check pizza before paying.. otherwise the regular employees are very pleasant..

The pizza was good. Nice and crisp. The cheese is always good. The wings were mediocre. Been here multiple times over the past two months and the quality has been very consistent. The staff professionalism is lacking though. Not all the staff members should be held accountable for this statement though. Some have been good, others not so much. Late night orders here are definitely more susceptible to rude encounters and mistakes with your food.

Love this place! They have a TV in the lobby for your viewing enjoyment of funny videos. And the service is great, they were detail oriented and listened very well to my request. I asked for extra mushrooms and I've never seen so many mushrooms on a Pizza Hut pizza? I was pleasantly satisfied. They are a lil pricy though. Make sure to order online it's way cheaper.
