I had a very BAD EXPERIENCE here last night, Monday night, February 24, 2025 after 11 PM, with the Latino manager named Alfredo. He was rude. He was giving me attitude and push back. I placed an order for a large pizza with extra pepperoni and EXTRA green peppers. From the pictures and video there's not a lot of green peppers and I paid for that. I placed the order online and I walked into the store and I asked the white guy making the pizza if I could see the pizza before he put it into the oven and the manager Alfredo told me NO. How rude is that I can't even see the pizza that I'm paying for to see if they put enough toppings on there. Once the pizza was out the oven and he showed it to me, it was clearly evident that there was not enough green peppers on there for it to be considered EXTRA. I asked him to remake it and he told me no. I even ordered eight boneless chicken wings with buffalo sauce and he didn't put enough buffalo sauce and I complained about that and he wouldn't add any more sauce and he just took the chicken container and started shaking in front of me. ALFREDO TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK THERE! He is rude and needs customer service training. For a manager, his actions, attitude, and words are unethical.

I made an order online and when I got to the store the order was not what I had ordered(meaning it was missing an added topping that I had paid for as well as a topping that was initially supposed to come on the pizza-it was a tavern style with pesto missing the pesto) Furthermore; when I had checked the pizza after I paid for it I noticed the missing topping and the manager was like you didn't pay for it, however I clearly had considering the price difference. Now I don't know if this was a mishap due to me making the order online and it not showing up correctly in store. So my advice is to check pizza before paying.. otherwise the regular employees are very pleasant..

The pizza was good. Nice and crisp. The cheese is always good. The wings were mediocre. Been here multiple times over the past two months and the quality has been very consistent. The staff professionalism is lacking though. Not all the staff members should be held accountable for this statement though. Some have been good, others not so much. Late night orders here are definitely more susceptible to rude encounters and mistakes with your food.

Love this place! They have a TV in the lobby for your viewing enjoyment of funny videos. And the service is great, they were detail oriented and listened very well to my request. I asked for extra mushrooms and I've never seen so many mushrooms on a Pizza Hut pizza? I was pleasantly satisfied. They are a lil pricy though. Make sure to order online it's way cheaper.
I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut for a couple years or so two orders they forgot my ranch sauce which they changed for which is understandable. Just so happened I did have any ranch in my fridge either. So I called them and let them know they told me there was nothing they could if I wanted I could drive all the way back to pick up the 2 ranch packets which wasn’t worth it to me so they said they would make a note and I would have a credit for 2 ranch packets. Well I went in today and ordered the same order as before again they forgot my ranch but I checked before leaving and went back in and let them know they forgot my ranch’s. The tried to change me and I let him know they were already paid for in my order. And then let him know they did the same thing two orders ago he said I would have to to talk to the manager so I did and I told the manager about the situation. The manager a kid named Steven ask me my name which I gave him then he walked in the back and came back and asked me if I had an order number which I did because I always order though the app which when he looked at it could tell I order Pizza Hut fairly regularly. He looked at my phone and said well you need to talk to whoever you called on the phone three weeks ago. I was wondering why he asked my name and my phone number as well as order number if he had no way of verifying it to be lack any of the items. He was simply not going to give me my owed ranch so I said fine give me 2 more I’ll buy them which really did need but it was principal at that point. Point of the story this Pizza Hut is lacking customer service and I will not be returning.

I will never buy pizza at any Pizza Hut ever again!!! My kids love pizza I’m glad I have many other options, the manager was horrible with customer service with I don’t care attitude, would not give me corporate information to call and complain. I was really disappointed with my pizzas I paid 50 dollars for 2 large pizzas, they definitely not worth the price. Very horrible made and they refused to give any condiments napkins plates or packets of pepper. Every other pizza place still does this. It’s unbelievable that I paid that much and was given attitude when I asked for condiments. No I’m sorry we don’t do that. Just flat out no and it’s not his problem basically. Then when I added 4 20 oz drink pack for 7.99 hr charged me over 11 dollars and I told him the sign said 7.99 hr said well sign is wrong. You need to get better staffing and better attitude here, I don’t mind pay 50 for pizza but the pizza should be higher quality and better service!!!!
