Walked in at 8:40pm and the employees locked the door right after walking in. They said the kitchen was closed.

FRESH FOOD, RUDE SERVICE!
Went to the Popeye’s Rancho Cucamonga location for lunch. I asked the cashier about a box special that I saw online. The special says that it can be purchased ONLINE, IN-STORE, or VIA THE APP. I proceed to order and the cashier Annalise says it’s only available on the app. I show her that it says In-Store as well and she became very rude and condescending saying “Like I told you, it’s only on the app. Not THIS store, maybe you can try another store if you want.” Why would I go to another store when this is the only location in town? So I walked away to a table and ordered through the app. As I’m waiting I overhear Annalise and another employee laughing as she’s mockingly telling the other worker “Hello, I said you have to use the app!” As if I didn’t understand her. They both continued laughing….this was very unprofessional and upsetting. The food was fresh though.

Shout out to whomever runs THIS Popeyes in Rancho on Foothill. I was a little concerned because it was empty, but my food was FRESH, HOT AND GOOD. I ordered a 2piece with biscuit and red beans/rice. Everything I ordered HIT. The place was also SUPER clean - - even the floors! Music was a little loud, but appropriate for the establishment, and that's just me being nit-picky. GOOD JOB.

It was nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful, as this was my first time since 2006. The chicken had a lot of meat on it, and I liked the spicy flavor. It was very crispy and not soggy or greasy. I'm very glad I decided to go here.

This is one of the tastiest fast food places on earth. The macaroni and cheese alone is so amazing and the spicy chicken sandwich is my go to always crispy and I love their buns too. Love this place.

Not sure how but the receipt was right but was given half wrong order. Can’t get help with it because the website wants me to jump through hoops. I wasn’t asking for my money yet back but have people that will give you what you pay for working!

You tease you with a four dollar e-mail coupon I get there and it’s five dollars and the girl says sorry tough luck and then I can’t even pay cash or something on the app other places you can you totally suck I’m never coming back

I asked for 3 separate orders of Boneless Wings which he repeated back to me and when I got home they were all bone in. Ruined our whole dinner. Tried to call 2 days in a row but they don’t answer the phone!!! Not Happy at all 😡
