The customer service is the food wasn't hot when I got home I live down the street the fries aren't the same they didn't even have color to them I would never go back here the chicken was ok but not hot the red beans and rice was ok not hot either great manager and workers they treated me with respect but it's about the food why have them a two

Wow I had to throw away two drinks cause something was frozen into the ice

3/1/26 Loud music, busy and SLOW service. I spent over 40 dollars and didn't recieve the sauce that comes with the actual meals we can choose from. I also had to ask for the forks and spoons for the sides. Only 1 cashier for a busy night and the cashier was slow taking orders, were I just went to the kiosk. He was slow and rude.

I really loved the food. The chicken was so crispy and food. However, the staff specifically the cashier, were not nice at all. The cashier seemed so angry and mad at me for no reason. They even forgot to put napkins into my order. The men’s restroom door lock was broken also.

I do not believe this place deserves more than 2 stars overall.

Whoever is the one cooking the wings...they are overly drenching too much of the sauce.....esp the ghost peppers! It takes away the actual fried chicken flavor we all love so much.....

Food is great and prices are fair but the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. They are extremely rude and greedy with utensils, napkins, and water cups. And the last time I went, the POS (point of sale) register and app were down which prevented anyone from ordering at all. Their business practices are very unprofessional and I have never had these problems at other locations.

I visited the Popeyes in Rancho Cucamonga today and was assisted by Julian - cashier. He provided exceptional customer service, although it was a bit busy, and he was the only one working the front as a cashier, he always maintained a positive attitude and was very attentive. I appreciate Julian's great customer service. This is the type of employee and customer service that keeps a customer coming back.

Wrong order, missing items, hostile service

Ordered 4 thighs—got 1 thigh, 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 drumstick. My free chicken sandwich (in the app) wasn’t given until I pointed it out, and it was handed over in an angry, aggressive way. No hot sauce included. I came specifically for 4 thighs and left disappointed. Will not return.

I ordered a 12pc chicken only for delivery. Of course I was given an ETA. The food arrived almost 15min early, freezing cold and looking like it had been sitting for at least 2hrs. This isn't my first experience with this branch. It was awful! We pay way too much money for this.

Walked in at 8:40pm and the employees locked the door right after walking in. They said the kitchen was closed.
