The food is always cold and old?looks like its been sitting for awhile.Only gives you 2 sauces for 12 wings. You would have purchase more. I wish there was a closer store than here. The one on 4th and Vinyard never disappoints. Popeye's in Rancho Cucamonga do better.

completely waste my time here at this location because I have a door dash pickup for one of my customers.the co workers that work here said give me like 10 minutes and the order should be ready but I'm waiting for at least 20 to 30 minutes the order is still not ready for pickup. So gotta make my final decision which is cancelled my customer's order because it just takes too long. I hope this review will help others Dasher if you get the order from Popeyes do not come here, they'll let you wait a long time

Came here on a Monday evening and there were just a few customers inside. There was no line, so we were able to place our order right away.We had not been to Popeyes in quite some time and were a little taken aback by almost $30 (after tax) for 2 small chicken tender (3 pc) combos.The chicken was good and crispy, cajun fries and biscuits were good as well.But I gotta keep that price in mind, for that we could have gotten more bang for our buck at some other places.Other than that, everything was clean and the kid who took our order was friendly.

Ordered 2 x 6pcs of wings and what I received was only 6 pcs of wings... nothing else. Not even the sauce packets! Very disappointed because I was looking forward to trying the wings.

Love the spicy chicken! The wife and I always get the 8 piece family meal, 1/2 mild, 1/2 spicy. This way we each get what we want....red beans and rice is our go to side...and this also comes with some crispy biscuits! I've also had the spicy chicken strips....lice the heat!!

The food was delicious, but the service was less than desirable. They make you go back and have to ask for napkins, don't offer you any honey for your biscuits, and they got the order wrong on top of all of that. I don't think I will return to this location.

I've been to a few popeyes and this is hands down the best. It's very clean and the staff is very fast and friendly. The manager was an Asian woman and she's very quick. Other popeyes are very slow so I'm glad we found this one.
This Popeye's is the worst in our area. The food is just adequate, sometimes overcooked, always over priced, and always just warm. Please reach out to the corporate number and file a complaint. They need to live up to the expectations of this organization.And...Why do they always give you a hard time with any of the coupons?They are making lots of money but are horrible at giving any discounts/coupons.THIS Location is....HORRIBLE!!!Make The Drive To ANY OTHER LOCATION, Especially Fontana.

Service was horrible today the chicken was sitting out for hours i could see and they told me that. The apple pie mmm hot,, cinnamon ,apples in a pie! fried in real oil...... well , i always order it. And even that sucked, ! stale, old and chemical tasting.The soda machine spit out something close to a soft drink. But the sugar to carb water was off So the service really made up for the consumables ... both sucked and they refused to give me a refund because they shower me the food before serving it but i couldn't taste how cold and chunky the chicken was by eye sight. Please theres another location for chickens just 3 miles away. Don't waste your hard earned and burned money here

Place a too go order. Guy in front look like he was just waking up.... Got home, the coleslaw was luck warm obviously had not been kept in a fridge and had passed.... Probably was even yesterdays's batch as the cabbage pieces looked old
