Punch Bowl Social

Booked my birthday party here! Reserved the second floor which had plenty of space and enough games to keep everyone occupied. The service was excellent and venue very clean. Private bathrooms a plus. Great for 20+ parties. Amber the event manager was super helpful in booking the event and tailoring to fit my needs, Enrique the manager, Lamont the bartender and Natalia our server were all EXCELLENT!! I never leave reviews but they were so awesome and made the party so perfect I had to share my experience. Everyone was so friendly they even let us extend our booking since we were all having such a great time and we didnt want the party to end yet! Our family had the best time and nothing but good things to say about the staff! Will definitely book another event here!!!!

Guys this the place to go to if you have have a good and eat some good food, they got pool tables, and bowling, and an arcade along with more other fun games. If you have any questions ask for Enrique. Also Natalia and Grace will take care of you the way they took care of me. 10 out of 10. Come check it out

Worst experience Ive had a restaurant. The waitress are horrible. I will never come back here again.

This place was great had a great time playing games with the kids as well while we were drinking and enjoying our food, a great vibe and a service was awesome can't wait to come back.

Good food, great service, fun times

Our man, Nate at the bar was the best bartender ever. Shout out to him me and my fiancé loved His drinks and the service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Just an overall fantastic experience. Sarah our server and Randell the manger were fantastic.

The food was great, the service excellent and very friendly. We had a great time; I would dine at Punch Bowl Social again!

The bowling is expensive and the lanes are micky moused. We decided not to have dinner and just had Tai edema, and a beer. We asked the bar to send over a server so we could order food and drinks, but they never did. A server came to deliver food to a family Accross from us, but she sat down their order and quickly left. I finally headed to the bar to order, but the server showed up at that moment to give the family their bill. I stopped her and asked if I could order, but she said she would come back. About 15 minutes later she came back to take our order. After bowling, we went to the arcade. It was very small and only had a few games. My husband and stepson played a few games and then we left. We decided that if we wanted to bowl again, we would just go to the regular bowling alley by our house. The Punch Bowl Social just isn't worth the money or your time.

The sever was very nice but she was not attentive at all. No silver was brought to the table and he had to ask a few times to get it. No napkins either. The drinks took forever to get to the table and they were horrible. The food was average at best. If you are under 30 and/or like fruit sugar drinks, this is your place. We walked across to Paul Martins and realized we should have started the night there.

First time here For my birthday an service was taking forever just for water an drinks. An waitress nor recognizing severing my sister her drink with lipstick on the glass. WHAT IN THE HECK!!! Waitress continued to forget about beer and ice tea for 2 other guest. An this was still drinks only haven't ordered yet. Food was ok nothing I'd die to run to. So no urgency is what we all felt no Im so sorry I will comp the drinks at least. Don't think I'll b going back in a hurry anytime soon.

Good food but service takes a while. Everything needs a reservation and they lack giving information to new customers so its hard to understand where is everything. I wish the host or servers would explain the different areas inside but they seem consistently busy to attend to people.

The service was absolutely horrible. The waitress never refilled our drinks, she got the order wrong, like brought out something completely different than what I ordered. Didn’t bring silverware. I asked for my daughter and I to be put on a separate check and my two friends on another, she didn’t do that. So when I asked that my child and I be put on a separate check, she brought a check for my daughter and one for myself. Since I was over this experience I paid my daughters check with cash and mine with my card. The waitress then didn’t bring back the correct change, so I thought well that’s your tip after this experience. Well I woke up today to find she added herself a $10 tip to my $16 check. I will absolutely never be back, I just hope that this experience will warn others.

Horrible service at the bar! Guy with mustache and glasses totally ignored us. Didn’t even bother greeting or say “someone will be right with you” I don’t understand you chose to work there. Will never go back.
