The service was absolutely horrible. The waitress never refilled our drinks, she got the order wrong, like brought out something completely different than what I ordered. Didn’t bring silverware. I asked for my daughter and I to be put on a separate check and my two friends on another, she didn’t do that. So when I asked that my child and I be put on a separate check, she brought a check for my daughter and one for myself. Since I was over this experience I paid my daughters check with cash and mine with my card. The waitress then didn’t bring back the correct change, so I thought well that’s your tip after this experience. Well I woke up today to find she added herself a $10 tip to my $16 check. I will absolutely never be back, I just hope that this experience will warn others.

Horrible service at the bar! Guy with mustache and glasses totally ignored us. Didn’t even bother greeting or say “someone will be right with you” I don’t understand you chose to work there. Will never go back.

I made reservations to celebrate my birthday. I was told that half of my party would need to be there in order to be sat down. Didn't like this rule, but understood. So half of my party arrives and we were sat at a table. WE WAITED FOR ABOUT 30 MIN for a server! It was also difficult to differentiate who was a patron versus a worker. No one offered us water, said "Hey I'll be with you in a moment".... NOTHING. So we all got up and went to Big Als (which has bars and bowling too). Was a complete 180 compared to PunchBowl.

yall need new bartenders… horrible service.. can’t work under pressure…. this is not for them… fooo said “ask the other bartender”.. lol… place cracks. gets busy.. i give yall that.. cus it’s local.. bartender.. yall need more with better social skills..

Food and drink are good but expensive. Service is slow but understandable as to why.
Most activities are overpriced, like $25 per person bowling for 1 hour…

Went to Punchbowl last minute for my birthday and turned out the be an amazing time had. I had so much fun. Ordered the nachos and that queso cheese is so tasty but the chicken I added to it wasn't as good. The Bartender Salma or Selma was great. She makes some amazing drinks and she has a great personality. All the staff were really great. We did karaoke and let me tell y'all best thing to do whether you are with 2 people or 10. They really made our first time there a awesome experience. You now have 2 new customers for life. Thanks to all the amazing staff that help to make my special day even more special.

First time here, went on a Sunday, parking was easy, but this lot can be really crazy at times. Good amount of people there, no wait, I can imagine weekend would be packed. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, seated right away, drinks were great. Would definitely come back.

First time ever going. It was an Awesome experience. The employee's and our waitress and bartender were AWESOME. The Food was So 💯 awesome. I'm even making arrangements to have my Birthday and Grand daughter's birthday 🎂 there. I loved the Garlic Fries and the Best of the best was the Strawberry Waffles and chicken. What made my God Daughter's birthday even better, was the bowling. Omg, the entire Family was bowling and it was an awesome experience and a very fantastic Experience. Someone found a way to monetize a business solely focused on cutting corners. Their motto should be “let’s do a little bit of everything and do it poorly”. Non existent customer service. The servers will barely acknowledge you or your order. The bowling is like carnival bowling, with pins on strings. The Mozzarella sticks came with watery tomato sauce with large chunks of tomato and full cloves of garlic. It tasted good but was watery so it didn’t stick on the mozzarella sticks. The bar too area was dirty and sticky. Would avoid.

Fist time here, food and service was Awsome, our waiter Anthony was awesome. It Wasa bit loud but the place is fun, lively. I will definitely go back..

The food was horrible. The service Was terrible. She brings my card back and says that it declined meanwhile, I receive a text message from my bank saying fraud alert. The server slid my car seven times. I let it go figured maybe they registers where malfunctioning .Two days later I have a second charge for almost $200. Will not be returning.

I went for a bison burger, which was decent, but I don’t think the food is the strong point of this place. The atmosphere and the various activities you can do are fun, making it a great spot to go with a group of friends.
