The (#1 Hawaiian Fruit Black Tea with boba) was fantastic it had pieces of watermelon, oranges, & limes inside of as well..

I love this boba place. everything is so delicious and the boba is very good. the seating is nice and it’s not too expensive.

Great service at this place. Something was wrong with one of the waffle makers and the two people working were incredibly nice about it. I will admit the waffle took a long time to get out but that was to be expected with the machine acting up and them suddenly getting slammed with customers a little after I came in. Both of them were extremely apologetic and gave me extra to make up for the machine having issues and the wait. The boba is good as are the waffles and the seating is cozy and cute. I sincerely recommend this place.

Kinda hard to see in the center that it's located in, but other than that, they're so amazing. It's clean, price is reasonable, and there are many options to choose from even if you're not a fan of boba. Teas, slushy, snacks. Inside is so pretty and calming. Drinks were made perfectly and were given to us clean, and we prepared.

Parking: Parking can be a little tricky, and the center has many shops in one small area. But worth the short walk

I ordered the strawberry yogurt with coconut Lychee and a pork belly sandwich and it was amazing!! ? so yummy!! Highly recommend ??

This place only had 2 customers so I had my doubt walking in, but then I tried the waffle and OMG it's crispy on outside, soft on inside. It's perfect. And the drinks were good too. I'm not a fan of the egg pudding (it's firmer and less sweet compared to the soft egg pudding I'm used to) so I'll switch to another topping next time.I realized after that I've seen their decor before and it's because they have another location in Ontario. I'm definitely returning again.

Grand opening was today, 1/12/24. This wasn't my first time trying R&B Tea so I was already familiar with what they had to offer. Went in around 5:30PM and there was a small wait. They were also offering bogo's for the drinks (hence the wait). Also got a free tote bag and keychain so I guess we were one of the first 100 customers? Anyways, glad one opened in Rancho since it's a lot closer to where I live.
