We came at 6:30 pm and it’s close …..it’s said on sat open till 8 pm….disappointed
I went into the store today at around 4:30 pm. The girls that were working there looked young and they were super rude and not welcoming at all. They weren’t willing to give any suggestions on any items and when I asked what sizes they had she just pointed up at the board and was not helpful at all. Overall made me feel very uncomfortable and awkward. Customer service needs some serious improvement. Don’t get a job in customer service if you’re not willing to be friendly and helpful. Won’t be coming back.
I love the vibe of this place! Thai tea was Delicious and Fresh boba !! 10/10
Dreadful.
The prices, first of all, are obscene. I was charged $10.17 for a large! TEN entire dollars. The drinks were absolutely not worth the inflated prices. The first one I got was a Mango fruit tea was subpar, but drinkable. The second one I got was a Lychee Milk Tea. I left it in the fridge for a few hours (something I do very regularly with other boba teas as well) once I got home and went to go drink it just now and it legitimately tasted like alcohol. How they've managed that I have no idea. I hardly ever throw away boba teas because I truly love them, even if it's not the best I still try to finish 'em. This one however I could not get past even 5 sips.
We went here twice 3 days apart and were greeted by the same barista. Fiona was the name on the receipt. She not only recognized us from the first time but remembered small tidbits like how I couldn't drink through a straw due to dental surgery and how my bf preferred the jumbo cups! She gave us drink recommendations as well. Great customer service and great energy, she deserves a shout out.
This place was already visually really nice as well helpful service when I was wondering what their specialty stormy was. we ended up getting a strawberry slush and peach black tea and ended up being the perfect amount of sweet would really recommend this place 😋❗️
Took my son and daughter. Very good customer service, and drink's are delicious
I love the taro storm here!
Got diarrhea and the food was so bland.
(Edit) Upon going with a friend to R&B, the A/C was MUCH better, even being able to comfortably work on assignments inside! I’m glad that Management fixed the A/C for us customers, and the workers, especially during this Summer heat. Thank you!
(Old) It was a scorching hot day, so I treated myself to a Matcha tea.
Upon first walking in, the stuffiness of the boba shop became apparent to me. IT was hot and humid; things not great on a sunny day. I was sweating HARD just ordering, and waiting in the store for my drink became unbearable; I had to go out to my car with the A/C and wait.
I hope the other R&B locations have A/C! If I had such a negative experience, I couldn’t imagine the poor workers having to toil in that unbearable shop!
The drink was delicious and good, but the hot climate inside the store definitely made it a worse experience in general for me. I’ll be more than happy to change from a ⭐️ to a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when they fix their A/C! For now, I’ll be going elsewhere to places that ACTUALLY have A/C

This is my local favorite Boba spot. The drinks are very good. I highly recommend checking them out.
very good place, exquisite..... good to relax.. try it and you won't regret it.
I came here after eating at the new malatang restaurant in the same plaza. I usually get their yakult based drinks and a jasmine green milk tea with boba. I like that they are able to adjust the ice and sweetness level since I like my drinks 50% less sweeter. The tea tasted fresh and the wait time was not long. The boba is not overcooked as well, nicely chewy.
The staff is nice and the place is clean. They have a stamp card that you can also use in the sister branch near Ontario Mills. Closed Mondays.
I got the passion fruit green tea. Love the music and the staff is very nice and it’s very clean.
This tea shop caught my attention after we finished eating at Nice Guys Burgers, so we decided to check it out and support a local business. The service was warm and friendly, and the place was clean with charming decor. I tried the Hawaiian fruit black tea, and it was absolutely delicious! The big chunks of fresh fruit made it a refreshing treat, perfect after a hearty burger. We’ll definitely be coming back to enjoy more of their amazing drinks!
