Went here today with my family. The most disgusting thing happen as I was eating my food I seen a baby roach in my food. Than, I went to throw up because I was sick to my stomach I saw I roach that was near the kitchen. They expected me to pay for the meal most definitely not after seen a roach. The women told me idk like I was going to be forced to pay the bill. Said she’d call her manager I said ok. He than came and said I’m sorry we just sprayed out restaurant for roaches I told him then I should have been notified. Told him I will not pay. So I didn’t. The spices misunderstood ramen was awesome. Usually have to go to Japan to get this level ramen. Staff was also super friendly. I'll be back.

This place has the best ramen! already been here twice this week it’s that good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very refreshing. Great music but not too loud which i appreciate. They have photos of customers on the wall which is without a doubt a great touch to keep the vibe welcoming. Their matcha is also my personal new favorite as it doesn’t taste too sweet or artificial. Definitely worth the visit.Vegetarian options: Have a couple of options that are vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: I’ve seen kids here. The tables can be small but should be able to accommodate people with children.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious inside so people can get through. there is also a wheelchair ramp outside to get from the parking lot to the front door.

I would like to preference that I have never left a negative review, but I was extremely disappointed with the food and service. The place was not busy, all guests had their food, however it still took 25 minutes to have order taken. We then ordered a chicken ramen to go.I was not given my to go order after I was told it would be ready after I paid. Waited another 20 minutes until I went to register and pointed at my to go order bag. I left no tip based on service and attitude received. Food was okay, but not worth the wait time. I will not be returning.

Being the Inland empire I will say that this ramen Shop is fairly good better than many others nearby. There are a few I have not tried yet but I have tried a lot of ramen.

This was the best ramen I've had in quite some time, and our favorite ramen joint in the Rancho Cucamonga area. The competition is either more expense, not as good, or both. I recommend stopping by, especially if you can take advantage of their lunch deals. You can't beat this for $12. Definitely check it out.
