Service is usually great, this time, not so much. Waiting for coffee refills is a huge deal for me, 5 minutes is too long... 20 minutes is ridiculous hence my service rating. French toast is also a benchmark for me, today's was blah... Not sure what's changed but change it back please. Thank you
