If I could leave less then one star I would. I drove 45mins only to find out they're closed. Update your Yelp page

I rarely give 1 star reviews but this take out is horrible! 5 stars? Really? We randomly decided to try this place since we were craving hot pot and other places near by won't pick up the phone. Horrible last min decision! FYI the yelp online order doesn't work. They will take the order but end up refunding you 30 mins later. Since we were there, we ordered a pot and paid separately - seafood mushroom soup with fatty beef which came out to be $30 including tax. You can see from the picture how little soup we got and how crappy and over cooked the food was! The ramen was super soggy. What real hot pot restaurant put ramen in with the soup for take out! Come on! You should know better! We literally got maybe a cup of soup? And the soup leaked into the bag and we had to savage the soup from the bag and still only had one cup! Shrimp was super rubbery from being so over cooked. The fatty beef was dry and did not taste fresh. We end up adding our own ramen and beef ball and fish ball in and still the pot was a mess with everything over cooked, soggy and rubbery! I can make a WAY better hot pot at home myself for half the price! Please avoid!

We ordered the food online and they did a great to deliver the fresh food on time with really nice packaging. We really loved the source and the spicy hot pot, and definitely want to buy it again next time!

Delicious hot pot with many fresh ingredient options and excellent service. The make-your-own dipping sauce bar was also great! Highly recommend the sour tomato base. They mentioned that they also have a kid's menu if your kid won't eat hot pot (my kid was too busy happily plunging whole raw shrimp into his hot pot to be interested in chicken fingers!).

I love this place . It's a place you would consider a hole in the wall it's right next to the dollar tree. The staff was very hospitable and the food was just amazing , the meats were fresh . We tried the tomato soup base and the spicy and it was delicious. I would definately recommend this place

GREAT VALUE - This place was fire! Good value when you get the Double Comb and the servers are nice and aware! For under $50 you get free sauce bar, 2 drinks, 2 soup bases, 2 meats, a bean combo, a seafood combo, and a veggie combo! That's a lot of food for a very fair price! Would definitely come back.

It is good soup, I had the spicy beef butter with fatty pork. I thought it was a bit pricey for what you got especially since it's not all you can eat. I paid about 30.00 with tip included.

This new restaurant offers various broths with combo options. I liked that it's clean and you each have the flat tabletop electric stove you can freely control. You eat in a tall rather than flatter-sized pot. You also have the option to gather sauces and other spices such as leek sauce, minced garlic, and green onion, among many other side choice. There's also a side of soup you can help yourself with and sesame chips and shrimp crackers! I got a double combo with two sides of protein in addition to a seafood platter with vegetables. Broth was good and service was more than friendly - above and beyond with eagerness to help. I'll come back to try other soup bases.

Weather was cold and wanted something soupy. Found this place nearby and decided to give it a shot. Service was great and food portions was huge if you get the 2 person combo deal. I ordered the Japanese curry broth and it tasted decent. If anyone else is craving hot pot or shabu, please don't hesitate to give this place a try.

We were in town to visit some friends before heading back to the Bay Area. Found this place via yelp and made reservation via the app as well. Located inside a mall, easy to find and plenty of parking. Great selections of soup base and hot pot items. we ordered sour tomato soup, spicy soup and mushroom base. All were excellent! The meats, seafood and vegetables were very fresh, thinly cut and reasonable portions. We also tried their fried skewers and I have to say I was impressed with it, sometime fried might put people off thinking it's not healthy but they must have some secret ways or ingredients they use which made the skewers taste like they were off the grill..... we were impressed. Overall a great experience dinning here at red hot. Price is reasonable and servers were very attentive and made some great suggestions on what to order. At one point she even told us we might have ordered too much for party of three. Don't forget to check in on yelp to get a free plate of beef! We will be back for sure!
