Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We had dinner tonight about 9 pm. Our server, Kam, had given us a 10 star service and always happy and making sure we had everything we needed! We also received our food quick with refills from the nice young man who was coming from the kitchen bringing the food FAST! I also commented to the nice manager who I told about our great service! Thank you for the great experience tonight!!!

Visiting this place for the first time turned out to be a great experience. The team made us feel welcome right away and paid close attention to our needs. Ordering was easy, and the food arrived quickly at our table. Each dish was prepared just right and tasted amazing. It was an enjoyable visit that easily deserves five stars.

I go here often for lunch and I must say, I’ve always gotten good service. We tend to get seated in the bar area and we’ve had Savannah quite often. She is amazing. She always greets us right away and her service is awesome. She’s very friendly and moves fast and never forgets to check on us.
The manager there is so nice and so pleasant. She always goes around and checks on everybody and has no problem helping out her servers.
The other thing I like is whenever we walk in there, we are immediately greeted by a host or hostess. Even if they’re not at the hostess stand, they immediately come up and greet us.
It’s hard to get good service these days, especially in chains and franchises. But we definitely give this place an A+.

Thelma. Silvia, Sarde worked their buns off for us. Being a party of 14 this location only has two table areas that will work. Once the table was cleared from a previous party that had “camped out” for roughly 2.5 hrs the crew pulled together, got the area cleaned and reset for our starving party of 14. They quickly took our drink orders and before I could ask, baskets of fresh French fries were delivered to our table. My 2 year old very vocal grand daughter was so happy and content with her apple juice, French fries and endless Mac and cheese that we never heard a peep out of her. Her parents were so happy to be able to enjoy their meal with the rest of the family while toasting the Birthday Boy. What started out as a rough start to dinner was quickly turned into a lovely dinner and much smiles and laughter. Thank you ladies, you did a beautiful job pulling together and I am grateful.

Elvis is such a real one, love his energy. He’s always nice and attentive and I come here a lot so I know. I always wanna be sat in his section cause I know I’ll 10000% be taken care of. Thank you Elvis, you’re literally the backbone of this Red Robin

We had such a great experience! Our server, Elvis, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly attentive and seemed to know what we needed before we even had to ask—drink refills, extra fries, napkins, everything was already taken care of. What made our visit even more special was that he took the time to draw a quick sketch of our little girl and gave it to us. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture that truly made our day. Thank you, Elvis, for going above and beyond!

Definitely not the place it used to be 😒 had a very bad experience our order was never put in about 30 minutes after sitting they realize that and by that time we were just irritated. They knocked off 20% from our food but still left a bad taste in our mouth. 😔

I ordered my usual Red Robin Chicken Cobb Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing which normally is absolutely delicious and I would give it five stars for service taste, but this time service was five star but my salad was awful the lettuce was wilted which took away from my salad I spoke with the manager Sharday and she apologized and explained that they use pre packaged chopped Letty c now so I decided to submit my complaint even though the manager was nice enough to refund my money I feel upper management needs to know that the decision to use prepackaged lettuce is a bad idea that I will not be ordering salads or anything with lettuce again.
