Great atmosphere. Sat at the bar. Tender was very attentive. Ordered the Korean Ribeye bibimbap. It was quite good. Possibly better choices for me but still pretty good.

Came here with my besties for brunch on a Sunday and we sat outside. The place is dog friendly. The restaurant is really clean and the service is very friendly. We order the Mamosa and it looks so pretty the presentation was on point. My Bestie order the omelette and she said that it was delicious. I ordered a burger and yes it was really good too. This is a good place for a big party and it's OK to be loud they have music on the inside playing around the bar. Will definitely come back.

We decided to try the delivery option, bbq bison meatloaf family dinner. A home style meal with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, although that veg option seemed a bit odd. We got a call from the driver almost immediately. No mashed potatoes. Offered fries or broccoli. Well, broccoli and bbq is a worse combo than spinach. So took fries. The best thing about the order was the packaging- aluminum foil, heavy pans in a strong cardboard, handled carrier. The lightest one was the meatloaf. Actually not a loaf but three extra sized Freeform Pattie's with crisped onion strips and cubed carrots. The best part of the meal. Well seasoned. Just two of us so plenty for a second meal. The fries are coated nicely and I am sure that works well when they are hot. At warm, they came out as a mat. Ha! Had trouble peeling them apart. Tasty. The spinach was a wet green mass, floating in green water. We wrung it out and served it. It was bland. Oh, the mashers? We had enough time to make potatoes while we waited for the order to arrive. LOL.Will we try them again? Possibly. Curious about the tv dinners. Was it worth the price. Definitely not. $55 for meal. With all of the extra fees? $83 + change.

We came in to have a beer while we waited for our to-go order to be ready and it was such an amazing and fun experience. BUBBA, the bartender, made us laugh and have a great time while we waited. They were so busy but he made us feel like we were the only ones there. The food is always amazing and their to-go TV dinners are to die for. You can buy 5 and get the next one free. You can also see all of the doggies out on the patio while you enjoy your food. 10/10

Me and my wife finally had the guts to go out to a restaurant with our 8 month old after spending a whole day out shopping. (Hoping she could handle being out all day). I must say our waitress Magaly was AMAZING! Not only did she provide excellent service she became our daughters new friend haha. Very attentive and also helped us choose a couple of things that she was able to eat (pudding and mashed potato). All in all great time and will be back to this location again!

I've been to a few different Lazy Dog locations and this location has exceeded any expectations I've had by far. Mona, the bartender, made sure that my experience was more than exceptional. She was lovely and ensured that every part of my dining experience was met. I would definitely come back to this location based off service alone. Thank you, Mona and Lazy Dog.

Always love coming to Lazy Dog, the food never disappoints. I've been to probably 4 different locations and I've always had great service and amazing food. The restaurant is always clean and the booths are pretty large. On this visit my son got the teriyaki chicken & i ordered the campfire pot roast. The meat just melts in your mouth, definitely recommend this dish.

This location is across the street from Ontario Mills. I came with my wife for an early dinner after a grueling day of shopping.I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and also a strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was okay, somewhat citrusy but oddly lacking in much strawberry taste. The sandwich was impressive. The toasted bun in no way defined the limit to the filling as plenty of tender, piled-high pulled pork, crispy onion straws, and coleslaw overflowed onto the plate. This is definitely a very messy sandwich. I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't much of the tangy barbecue sauce on it; I barely detected any. Luckily my wife had a ramekin of bbq sauce for the wings she ordered and didn't want it so I poured some onto my sandwich. YUM! The fries were delicious with a nice exterior crunch.I've been to a couple of Lazy Dog locations lately and have been impressed with the items I've been trying on their menu. This location, like others, has great service and food. 3.5 stars rounded up.

After passing by SOOO many times I finally decided to try it and it did not disappoint! Dogs are allowed on the outside patio. I was very surprised with the variety of food options!Parking: Plenty of parking! Located in a small town center with a few other stores nearby. Food: LOVE how they have a dog menu! But aside from that, they have a variety of food options for brunch and lunch. I tried their county fried chicken and biscuits 8/10, stick with the egg choice it comes with! Waiter stated the egg is served on the side, so I was a little disappointed when they poured it on top. No biggie! Biscuits tasted amazing. I also order extra gravy and syrup on the side! Syrup 9/10! Dog Menu: you have the choice between chicken and beef with white or brown rice! They also provide complimentary water bowls for your puppers. Service: The service was OK. It was not busy when we arrived and they only visited the table to drop off our food and the bill. Overall: I (and my dog) would go again to try their lunch menu.

Called to ask about military discount, was on hold for 10 minutes. Spoke to a female, was transferred to male, put on hold, then spoke to Carly then Jessica the manager. My friend called on his phone was on hold for 6 minutes spoke to Tina then was transferred to someone who said yes they have a military discount. I would like to add it’s 10%

There is a lot of stuff on the menu so you should have no problem finding something you may like. The service was great. The bison meatloaf was listed on the menu as a favorite, so I tried it. It was not good. It looked and tasted like it was the end of the pan for the night. Besides that I would return and try something else.

The only reason why I love lazy dog is because they are sooo dog friendly, the vibe is cool and the outdoor patio is absolutely decked out. Unfortunately, my fur babies are no longer around but the place still offers really good food. Arrived on a rainy Friday evening around 530pm, the place was packed but thankfully the wait was less than 15mins. Sat near the bar in a comfortable booth, our server Adrian was fast and attentive. I avoid meat on Fridays and enjoy a pescatarian or veggie dish Ordered Western Burger – BBQ Veggie Burger, made with black beans, ancient grains+beets, vegetables, topped with roasted garlic, house made BBQ sauce, jack cheese, fried onions, pickle, tomato. 5/5 Fish and chips – Beer battered Fish and Chips, Pale ale battered, served with tartar sauce, creamy apple cider coleslaw and fries 5/5 The check took a cool min(15 mins to be exact), the server was down; we had to ask 3 different people but I think they should have ensured the wireless pay controller had worked prior to giving it to us (maybe waited till it was finalized?) and if it didn’t work than we should have gotten a paper receipt. (Reason for missing a 1.5 star)

Been here multiple times since my last review back in 2018. Seems to be our goto place for special occasions as well as get together or just to hang out. Drinks have always been good. They have such a good selection of beers, mixed drinks and non alcoholic drinks. This time around I had their bacon maple old fashion. And it almost tasted like juice!!! It was so smooth and I couldn't even taste the alcohol but oh was it there. The bacon was really good too!!!! Majority of foods I've ordered from here from apps, to desserts to entrees to burgers have all been good. Atmosphere is amazing. Lots of people just having a good time and catching up. Service is great. You can tell they've placed an emphasis on customer service. Waitresses Natalie, Chelsea, and Kayla are all excellent. Very personable, kind, explains the menu, checks in on us regularly, and are just really nice individuals.

It may look like your average chain restaurant, but Lazy Dog in Rancho is anything but! Lazy Dog has an interesting menu and a cozy environment, but what sets it apart is the Rancho LD's attention to the small things that most locations forget. I'll explain. The restaurant was filling up (it was around 7:00 pm on Friday night) but we were greeted immediately (with a smile) by a friendly host and soon seated at a table in the bar area. We were then pleasantly greeted by our server, Ashley. We quizzed (and debated!) Ashley about the different beers offered and on her well reasoned recommendations we ordered two IPA's, Liquid Blanket and Huckleberry Haze. The suggested beers were excellent choices, but our server's knowledge of their beer offerings was the impressive part! Our beers were delivered by the store manager, Caroline, who indulged us by thoughtfully explaining some of the menu items. She was so confident in their Goat Cheese w/Pepper Jelly appetizer that she offered to take it off the bill if we didn't love it! That's a lot of confidence for a chain restaurant! Needless to say the Goat Cheese w/Pepper Jelly was outstanding. A generous portion of goat cheese is mounded in the center of a perfectly seasoned hatch chili sauce and served with garlicky parmesan chips. We will be returning to have this item again (and probably again!). Caroline swung by just as the appetizer was delivered and true to her word, again just as we finished the last bite. Did I mention the restaurant was BUSY, yet the manager, Caroline, was able to come to our table not once, not twice but three times? Caroline had mentioned some newer menu items so we decided to take a look. On Ashley's recommendation I ordered a Mediterranean Chicken bowl and my friend ordered the Grilled Lemon Chicken. Both were delivered about 2-3 minutes after we finished our Goat Cheese appetizer (perfect timing). My Mediterranean bowl was a mix of lemon chicken, rice and tomato/cucumber/feta/kalamata olives in a Tzatziki yogurt sauce. The chicken tasted freshly grilled, not reheated and the sauce had just the right amount of garlic, lemon and salt. The flavors worked really well. My friend is forever raving about the "almost" mashed potatoes accompanying her Lemon Chicken. When we settled up the bill, we both felt as though we had experienced a much high price point restaurant and definitely not a chain! Our server (Ashley) took her time at our table and the manager (Caroline) showed genuine interest in our expectations being exceeded. And they were! Sorry this was long. It's rare to be treated so well at a chain restaurant .. but Lazy Dog in Rancho is doing a lot of things right and may just dispel that thought!!
