I gave Roll em Up Taquitos enough time to respond to this problem. But… no response seems to be what I’m going to expect. On our way to Vegas, we stopped to eat. We chose Roll em Up Taquitos. When we ordered, they asked “for here” or “to go”. We chose to eat there. We get our food in a to go bag and we are now told that the place has been shut down by the Health Department and we could not stay. On our way out, the notice was placd in the window next to their B rating I emailed the corporate offices with no response. I reasonably asked that we be refunded the cost of our food (about $20.00). No response, so I assume that since they don’t appear to care about the safety of having a current health permit, they don’t care about my complaint. So, here o start… Sorry Roll em Up, I started with you.
So good definitely recommend and corn so good fully loaded
I recently had a disappointing experience at the Roll-Em-Up location on Day Creek in Rancho Cucamonga. I ordered two 4-packs of taquitos: one with everything on the side and one mild. I was initially charged incorrectly for a combo meal, but this was resolved after I brought it to Ana C.'s attention.
However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the plain taquitos had cheese on them, which is a serious allergen. Given the late hour (around 9:20 PM) and the store's closing time of 9:30 PM, I rushed back to the restaurant to address the issue.
Unfortunately, Ana's attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional. I requested a remake of the entire order to avoid the risk of soggy, sauce-soaked taquitos. Manager Manny, while acknowledging the situation, did not offer a satisfactory solution.
Furthermore, when I asked for the General Manager's information, Manny stated that I could only contact corporate and refused to provide the GM's name. This is an unprecedented and disappointing response.
While we have enjoyed Roll-Em-Up in the past, this recent experience has left us disheartened and unlikely to return.

Foods not bad. But not great. Been here about 4 times. There's usually something that's an issue but nothing worth complaining about. That being said everytime I've been here, I get the unsweetened iced tea. Which you have to get your own ice for, then take it back, and wait for someone to fill it up, which is a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world. This visit, I do the same and they see me waiting at the counter with my cup and don't ask to help. Mind you, we're the only guests in the restaurant. So I ask if they could fill me up with some tea. Just for her to say, oh sorry but that's an upcharge. Which is a bit confusing as it has never been, and the menu doesn't not state that anywhere. I don't know if it was the change, or the poor attitude that it was presented to me in, either way it was off putting.

Our first time here at your Tejon location in California. We got the 4 item combo with a Elote on a stick. On our 11 year anniversary it was amazing we wish you had a location in Tulare,California we know it would blow up there.
One of the best of the fast food in the area. So amazed by the service and the cleanliness of the facility, I stay away from restaurants as much as I can, believing the majority are filthy. The girl who works tonight is so friendly and nice.

Put i an online order for taquitos and few other sides. These guys could not get a simple order right. Ordered sauses on and sour cream on the side. They were not included. Asked for ghost pepper chips. Gave regular chips. Please don't open the shop if managers cannot train employees to do a simple to go order. Porplerly train your employees or be there and make sure the orders are there personally until they get it right.
Update: when I went back they corrected and remade the order.

The taquitos, corn in a cup and rice are great. Service is good and everyone seemed friendly. My only recommendation is to pay closer attention to accuracy. I paid for extra mild sauce on the side only to get home and realize I was given the spicy sauce. I also ordered 4 beef taquitos and one potato taquito but was given five beef taquitos. I know they just opened and it might take some time to iron out the kinks but the taquitos taste great and I’ll definitely give them another chance.
EDIT: haven’t placed an order since I wrote the above review but we tried it again yesterday. Placed a mobile order via the app. Ordered sour cream and cheese on top of the taquitos and the Rolle Em Up sauce and green sauce on the side. When I got home with the order, I discovered the green sauce and cheese were on top of the taquitos, and the sour cream and Roll ‘Em Up sauce were completely missing. I looked back at my order and it was clear as day how I ordered them. And it’s impossible to scrape off the green sauce when it’s mixed in with the cheese. It was a mess. Why bother asking how I want them if you’re going to ignore it? I excused the errors right after they opened but they’ve been open long enough now that these mistakes should not continue to happen. The owners need to hire people with greater attention to detail.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. All 3 of us had stomach issues after eating their taquitos. They are also expensive.

Horrible service! walked in and waited for 10min and no one ever came to the counter or acknowledgeI was there to order. Seems the two young employees were busy giggling and joking around instead of actually helping out customers. Who ever the owners are, they need to look at who they hire.

The taquitos were OK maybe the cheese and the salsas were not that great. Beans and rice did not taste good needs more flavor. Totally not Mexican food.

My experience at other roll em up restaurants have been nothing short of pleasant but after eating at this new Rancho location I don't think I will ever be back. I found plastic in one of my taquitos. I understand this is a newer location but that is no excuse for poor food handling.
I had the 4 pack combo. It’s a fast food place, but the food is amazingly delicious. I’m a big fan of taquitos, so this was right up my alley. It still has the new place smell and is clean. The cashier was very personable and knowledgeable. Here is what I ate!
