Round Table Pizza

When I lived in the area this Round Table was a great spot, and today its still a great spot. But I gotta wonder, why is this location listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace?

Not only are they always running behind, but we just received this pizza where all the bacon and crust is burned.

Roundtable does a great job using fresh ingredients for the salad and the pizza. The interior looks rundown,but the booths are comfy and the food is good. They opened at 11am, but were not really ready to go, so don't show up before 11:15 if you are in a rush. The soda machine wasn't ready and the salad wasn't out yet . Once everything was ready it was a good experience with yummy food. Lunch special of mini pizza, soda and salad bar is reasonably priced.

had written a couple of bad reviews about this location because back in Sept I had ordered 4 pizzas from there, and two of them were wrong, so I have filled out the form every week since then letting corporate know, and never got any response. Today I called the store because I was tired of being ignored - and Angel, one of the managers there, fixed my problem right away. He offered two replacement pizzas in the future, and was so very nice, and I am elated not to have to fight about it anymore with the stupid corporation who doesn't seem to care. We had gone to this location for years with never a problem, and he said he had to let go some of the workers back then because they weren't doing a good job. I am still furious that the main office seems not to care a bit about customer satisfaction, but this location does care, and I only wished I would have called him right away instead of beating my head against the wall for all these weeks!! I am so impressed with this manager, and will now continue to patronize this place again. So nice to know that someone in this organization cares. Thank you Angel!!

I absolutely love this Round Table. The customer service is as it should be, awesome. Angel took care of us and he went above and beyond to take care of my family and I. If you’re looking for good pizza and excellent customer service come to this location.

They have gotten cheap with the toppings. I always order extra toppings and get charged for it but the toppings are weak. They messed up an order last time I went by putting jalapenos all over the pizza instead of half like I requested. Instead of refunding me or making me a new pizza, they simply picked off the extra jalapenos which didn't help at all. The pizza used to be good but the quality has gone down tremendously lately. For the price I paid I was disappointed and I like roundtable pizza a lot but their quality has gone down. I always think maybe they'll be better this time when I order but it's always a fail?

The day I went, we planned a pizza party about 1 month in advance. Confirm the week before. That week of party I was getting phone calls every other day to confirm the party, which is great! However, the day of only had 3 employees. It took 2 hours to make 1 pizza, and they were giving the orders to the wrong people. It was a horrible experience and I will NOT recommend for anyone who Is having any type of gathering to attend. The salad did taste great though,and the pizza was good when it finally came out 2 hours later.

I will bit be returning! From the moment we walked in, we were rushed to order and get out. The website said they closed at 10, but we were told they closed at 9. We weren't helped because the guy was cleaning up the salad bar. We stood around and waited to order. While ordering, the guy told us that they would be closing up around 8:40. While waiting, we could hear the guy talk about closing and how he didn't want to take any more orders. It was uncomfortable! We told him we would get our pizzas to go. He turned off the open sign at 8:20. We got our pizzas and walked out at 8:35. The guy locked the door behind us. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Very polite and great service, food was fresh and tasted great only issue we had was the soda machine was almost out of every choice but other than that everything was great.

Salad bar and personal pizza combo is the best deal!
