Place needs to hire more workers at busy times. Here trying to pick up a catering order and was told an hour or more wait. I'm here now and it's been an hour already. This catering order was sent to me a few hours prior to pickup. The restaurant was so busy that they never received the order til I arrived. Crazy! Place was packed and line close to out the door! It's Friday! It's lunch time! On top of that, it's lent season. People are going to be going to seafood places today! This location should be more staffed to get these orders out in a timely matter!

The original fish tacos are amazing! They are super fresh and hot everytime! Samiyah is such a help everytime me and my family come in. She shows love to her customers every time she works. The store was clean. My kids loved the dipper bites and fries. Great service and great food. Highly recommend.

Walked in at 8:30 pm and asked if it's too late to order since they close at 9:00 pm and staff was rude and ignored me even though they were looking right at me.

Not sure if its the restaurant chain or this one but food quality has gone down. The ingredients on the menu seem so yummy and it is tasty but tacos seem to be prepared with bare minimum. This praticualr restaurant has that old dingy smell that I couldn't get over and didn't allow me to enjoy my meal. Portions are so controlled with the cups that its extra unecessary platic waste. Salsas are good and tacos I had which had corn, 2 cheeses and shrimp were good but definitely could have been better had they added more cabbage and sides just to make tacos seem fuller. Citrus rice tasted so odd it was not lemony it tasted like the lime skin bitter. Quality is just down and I don't remember Rubios being that way. To bad. Will probably choose another place next time for that reason.

Service was good, quick. Employees are friendly. I don't know if this is the standard, but I paid 5 dollars for some chips and guacamole. And I got a small side bag with 5 chips and a bunch of chip crumbs... and a small container of guacamole... prices are getting out of hand for the portions that are being served. 5 tacos, 2 drinks, 5 chips and guacamole equal $40??... one reason why, first, I won't come back... and second I have stopped eating out as much as I can...

Update: I've enjoyed coming here on and off for the last two years, but now I'm done with this place. Spoiled? Just overripe? Don't care, looks unappetizing and I'll go spend my money elsewhere now.

Terrible. I just spent fifty bucks on three little bean and cheese burritos and a half rotten cabbage burrito with two tiny pieces of fish. Soon as I tasted the foul taste I opened up this 15 dollar mess wrapped in a tortilla to find two tiny pieces of fish that honestly were mostly batter. I hate to leave bad reviews but you guys need to do better. Can't believe ruined one of my favorite spots.
