Great food!! Fresh guacamole made at your table. Booths are little cramp, but everything else was great.

Food was decent, not a crazy amount of options. Went for the buffet, would go back for the regular menu but el torito buffet has better options.

Went for Sunday brunch. It was busy but no excuse for cold food.

First time to this restaurant. Overall had good experience. Food was great, I must say portion of what I ordered could've been more, The mole, I didn't get full. Otherwise, service was good, menu seems to be pretty big. Music as we ate, had me kinda wanting to dance lol. Loved the decor.

I was waiting for 20 mins and I couldn’t even put my name in for a table. Me and my wife came from Orange Country to try my favorite spot El Cerrito but the one on Archibald is being remodeled so we came to try the one off Haven an it was not a great experience everyone would look at us and not even greet us. It was beyond rude, as someone who works in HR it was the most disrespectful experience.

Delicious food! Great atmosphere and atmosphere customer service! Gets very busy on weekends and evening hours! Highly recommend!!!

Please note this review is about this particular visit to this other location. I have been to the other location currently being remodeled. I usually order a burrito and have never had an issue and normally find the food to be really good.
On this particular trip I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas largely based on the picture and recommendation of the waitress. Last minute I added chicken so I could try all three proteins - Steak, Chicken and Shrimp.
What came to the table was 80% chicken, some kind of meat (50% of the meat was all a fat piece) and (3) very small shrimp on a mountain of peppers and onions.
I asked the waitress why the portions were so skewed and why was the meat different than pictured. The appetizer also ordered for the table came with the steak as pictured so I’m not sure why the fajitas did not. After asking the kitchen the final answer from the waitress was that was the plate was correct. She was very nice about the whole situation. I don’t believe it’s okay to picture one item and serve another. Here is a picture of what I received alongside the picture from their website of the fajita plate that matches the menu.

Definitely love the food. Sometimes the food isn't serverd hot.
