Disappointed they didn't have more custard flavors and toppings (or "concretes"), only chocolate and vanilla. But the shake I got was decent enough. Burgers are satisfying but not crave-worthy.

Parking: Parking garage is great! Close walk, playground next to outdoor eating area.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs, plenty of room for strollers, playground next to outdoor eating area. Clean large bathrooms.

It's one of my favorite burger restaurants, I've tried it in other states and the quality remains the same. I love the lemonade, the fries with the cheese sauce and the snacks are well made, well put together and I always choose the double size. I really liked the atmosphere, the outside tables with the view of the trees are quite pleasant.

Never been here before. Needed help but no one would acknowledge me. I ordered using the tablet. Waited 13 min for a over cooked, yet cold hotdog... waste of money.

This was a nice stop during our long roadtrip!
Food was amazing (tried the ShackBurger with Truffle Sauce). Very little to no wait.
The service was surprisingly so nice! Luis was helpful walking through the menu and customize the order to my liking. He also made sure to check up on us. Felt like we were in an actual restaurant!

First time in Shake Shack. Hungry after the gym next door. Depressing Shackburger for the given price. You can get a better burger at In-N-Out. Tiny burger with a huge portion of fries to fill you up with cheap carbs. Very disappointing! Not coming back again.

I love their burgers and chicken. It's definitely my favorite for chicken nuggets. Also, I love their flavored lemonades. My only complaint is there's not enough room for more indoor seating

I literally ordered a sandwich n they ain’t put the ingredients I ordered so I went back in and told them and they just put the ingredients on the side so I had to assemble it myself and they didn’t even apologize or anything

Food was okay, cooked right, fresh. Just didnt have alot of flavor. Average across the board. Not alot of seating inside. Layout is really poor, very congested and hard to order due to poor layout. Wait wasnt long. About 10-15 minutes wait for food with it being pretty slow.

Great food but very limited seating indoors. We had to sit in the outdoors patio in 100°+ heat. There was limited shade seating and misters would have helped, if they would have had any.
