Fatima had like 5 star rating service !!!! Not even joking !!!
She Offered to throw away my tray when I was done eating that was very kind I was like 😮!!! She offered and gave us refills !!!
Morgan was so kind too she checked up on costumers inside the restaurant and out ! me and my sister too also she also offered us refills !!!
Both were very nice I felt happy

Absolutely disgusting!!!! My husband and I have been to shake shack a few times and have had good food. This was our first time at the Victoria Gardens location. There were no grilled onions on the burger, patty meat was undercooked, fried pickles were oily and tased like old oil (fries were the same), the shake was more the consistency of drinking a glass of milk and my husband, daughter and myself ended up vomiting or ended our night with diarrhea. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will never return to this establishment and would caution anyone who would want to come here.

We got a chicken burger with bacon, and the bacon was raw. I called to complain and was told they use precooked bacon. How the hell can you not cook your bacon? Precooked or not, the picture says it all. It looks raw as hell, and I am not eating it. Will not be going back.

Be prepared for the price. Seating inside is limited, outside seating is limited also.

The burgers are straight bussin, the fries are super good and the customer service is immaculate. I love coming to shake shack. If I had the money I would come here every day. I would've left a picture but I ate everything already.

Middle of the road. The seating was atrocious. Only 4 tables inside. They were disgusting sticky and filthy all 4 of them. The bathroom was a wreck. The food took 20 mins to come out and then it was missing the bacon I added but I didn't want to wait another 20 mins for a new burger. What I got did taste decent but all the other stuff unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth.

Love this place...best chocolate shakes, real ice cream that actually tastes like chocolate, not just sugar.

Disappointed they didn't have more custard flavors and toppings (or "concretes"), only chocolate and vanilla. But the shake I got was decent enough. Burgers are satisfying but not crave-worthy.

Parking: Parking garage is great! Close walk, playground next to outdoor eating area.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs, plenty of room for strollers, playground next to outdoor eating area. Clean large bathrooms.

It's one of my favorite burger restaurants, I've tried it in other states and the quality remains the same. I love the lemonade, the fries with the cheese sauce and the snacks are well made, well put together and I always choose the double size. I really liked the atmosphere, the outside tables with the view of the trees are quite pleasant.

Never been here before. Needed help but no one would acknowledge me. I ordered using the tablet. Waited 13 min for a over cooked, yet cold hotdog... waste of money.

This was a nice stop during our long roadtrip!
Food was amazing (tried the ShackBurger with Truffle Sauce). Very little to no wait.

The service was surprisingly so nice! Luis was helpful walking through the menu and customize the order to my liking. He also made sure to check up on us. Felt like we were in an actual restaurant!
