I love this place, currently working my way through the menu.
Golden retriever drink !
3 out of 4 times my tea has tasted very artificial. I would skip this place.
I usually don't leave reviews, but I was so disappointed that this ShareTea location removed mini pearls from their menu. This place used to be my go-to (even going out of my way to visit this location when there were closer boba places to my home). Decent drinks, but no more point in coming here until the mini pearls return.
1 star for the super tiny portion size for popcorn chicken and for having gambling game pods to squeeze money out of families with children.
It was pretty good, just wish stuff was more knowledgeable on the menu.
Loved the popcorn chicken and my golden retriever drink.
Disappointing experience! My husband and I arrived a few minutes before opening and waited patiently. We saw an employee unlock the door but she didn’t acknowledge us or let us in. No big deal—we figured they needed the extra time. After waiting a few minutes past opening, we tried the door ourselves and walked in.
The employee was sitting there texting and only jumped up when she saw us. No greeting, no welcome—just a blunt, “We don’t have boba.” I politely asked if they were out or if it just wasn’t ready yet because we didn’t mind waiting. Instead of a simple answer, she snapped, “It’s not ready—we just opened!” Her tone was rude and dismissive.
I’ve worked in the food industry, and I know businesses should be ready at opening, not scrambling to get things together. If they weren’t ready, she could’ve at least been polite about it. We chose to leave, and honestly, we won’t be back.
If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I’ve been to this place a couple times and the guy was rude last time. When we first got to the register she didn’t greet us and us playing with her pink iPhone while we were trying to order. I asked if the mojito had alcohol in it as that is an alcoholic beverage name. She said no “it’s literally just tea.” Then when I was still looking at the menu, she said and I quote, “So what do you want?”, with an aggressive/passive aggressive tone. I said we were still looking and that’s a rude way to ask, she said “I’m just asking a question.” I asked, “I can’t look at the menu still? and she said no, “what do you guys want to order?” “ I’m literally just asking a question.” We walked out. The sad thing about it is, is that that was going to be the highlight of my day and I was looking forward to it as I was having a rough day. Not going back anymore.

Non-existent customer service!! Request for 2 cups ignored, absolutely NO interaction. This may be the company’s policy/preference, don’t know. But, this was first and last time at Sharetea.

Order 3 drinks one mojito that had more ice than liquid my fault because I forgot to say lite ice went to the register and the guy behind the counter fixed it for me and he was very nice about it.

Decided to stop by here while waiting for the Apple Store to complete a device repair. While I did provide a 3 star rating, I wanted to say that the employee that greeted me was super nice and professional and made my drink super fast! The Mojito caught my eye and I decided to order one however, I asked if we can add Boba to it which I was told no. I’m baffled as to how a Tea/Boba shop does not allow you to put boba on a drink. Also, it was $6.XX for a super small drink. The drink itself tasted really good, like a liquid starburst. Overall, I was a bit disappointed
Loved Sharetea ? at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga.I went there with my family and everyone enjoyed the five different flavors that we ordered. Chai Boba was amazing! It tastes great and the service was great ? I sat down in the store and watched how the server helped my kids to make the best selection for them ? Will highly recommend ??

the two girls working tonight should not be in customer service. they were laughing at my friend and i, acting like we’re stupid just because they don’t know how to greet a customer. it’s not that hard to ask “are you ready to order yet?” but obviously they are lacking social skills. to laugh at a customer that is standing no more than two feet in front of you is actually insane like what is wrong with you?
